I've had three steamers and so far this has been the best one. High quality for the price and holds quite a bit of water. Easy to clean and warms up quickly.

This works fabulously. I like the feature that it can be raised or lowered. It is easy to use and works very well. Only one pass over the garment. I had a Jiffy steamer before that just went out. I like this one better.

My old steamer stopped working. I did a lot of research before deciding on which one to purchase. I am so happy with this one. It works wellm, it's sturdy and it's compact. You couldn't ask for more with a steamer.

It only takes a few minutes to get the wrinkles out of our clothes with this product. Very easy to use. It heats up quickly. Much easier and convenient than ironing.

There's nothing really heavy duty about this, I wouldn't call it commercial grade. I have a similar device, a steam cleaner called Steam Buggy. It's just a normal household steam cleaner, and it's built almost identical - same plastic wheels, same style hose, etc. The hanger attachment to me seems like pretty thin plastic. My other complaint is that it only has one function and not a lot of settings. I wish this came with attachments for household cleaning, for spot treatments, things like that. All it has is one dial for the speed. It doesn't even have a trigger on the handle, you have to bend over and manually turn it on and off. It performs well enough, though. It assembled in just a minute or two, no tools required. It doesn't take up much space. But for what they're asking for this, I was just expecting a little more.

I had some heavy-duty curtains that I just could not get the wrinkles/creases out of. Had tried washing and drying, repeatedly ironing with steam, etc. Got this and used the most powerful setting, and it worked wonders!

This might well be an excellent steamer but i bought it on amazon.co.uk but it is designed for the North American electric system and would need a convertor which is a sustanial cost so i am returning however i have to send it back to USA at my own expense this needs to be made way clearere on the website.

The product itself is well-made and looks great—no complaints about the quality or appearance. But as much as I wanted it to work, the whole concept of steaming instead of traditional ironing just doesn’t do the job for me. It might work for others, but personally, I didn’t find it effective enough.

I followed the instructions in the booklet to the letter, and after assembling it as instructed, it simply wouldn't turn on. Do not recommend at all.
