Does help for a bit.
It was good for about an hour, then it has to come off. May be just my issues. Lyme Disease doesn’t give you much relief no matter what you try.

Pushed head forward
Not sure if it was me or the posture corrector. The back rode up and push my head forward. But it doesn't work for me and I'll be returning it.

Helpful with posture
This is a clever use of the backpack principle. It’s easy to use and comfortable. The downside is its tendency to climb up your back when seated.

I got this because I use a laptop a lot and an iPhone. Because of my shoulders punching forward, my muscles would get really tight and sore. This strap really helped.

Doesn’t stay on middle back
This would be a great product if it stayed down on your back. It slides up and I have to continue pulling it down.

Perfect to wear when at computer.
With cervical disc herniation & arthritic problems posture is so important and this has solved a lot of pain issues along with exercises. Computer is on & so is this posture support. It is easy to adjust for a petite person. Highly recommend this product.

If you already have decent posture this is good but if you don’t it’s not worth the money
