Best Cajun and Blacken spice ever!!

Going to come right out & say it---this stuff is better than Chef Paul Prudhomme's Paul Blackened Redfish Magic. Bought both a month or so ago. Tried the Redfish Magic right away on chicken; it was ok, pretty good. Tried Spiceology's Black Magic tonight on chicken. The Black Magic, had a better color, bark & taste.

Delicious on Chicken/Fresh Pacific Salmon
The larger size bottle is worth every penny. This stuff has a delicious flavor with a little kick but not over-the-top spicey. So if you want to say you make "blackened chicken," this one works very well. The larger size allows you to use it more generously. It is NOT too salty either like some cheaper dry rubs. I love this on fresh salmon sauteed in olive oil, grilled chicken breast fillets, and even grilled pork chops. Haven't tried it on vegetables yet. The savory flavor just seems a better fit for fish/meat/poultry.

Best blackening out there
This stuff is like gold. No salt in it as a filler or flavor masker, so a little goes a long way (so its well worth the price). We use it on salmon in the air fryer.

Smoked rack of ribs with the black magic Cajun seasoning. They got my vote!
