This is a very high value for the price range.
The radio quickly found all the local FM stations and did not include any areas of radio 'noise' that is not a station. AND, it is easy to then listen and dump those stations that you do not want. For example, you can individually delete evangelical nonsense, polka, extremist talk etc. easily. The earbuds are not so good, but they never are. A pair of headphones such as the Panasonic RP-HT21 (inexpensive) will give fine FM stereo sound at a decent price for any little radio. I am pleased with this very low cost and well made radio.

Nice little radio - ear phones didn't last
My kid wanted to be able to listen to music... and they don't have a cell phone yet. So, this was a good solution to tuning into radio stations. Unfortunately, the ear phones didn't hold up for very long. The wire became exposed, and we had to toss them. I'll have to get new ear phones.

A Small Radio with such a BIG Sound and Value!!!!
This compact Radio is AMAZING! It has great reception as well as low Battery usage. I keep it in the Pocket of my Work Shirt. I poke a small Hole in the bottom side of the Shirt Pocket and run the Headphones through as not to expose the Cord to being out and able to be caught up or the Headphone being pulled out of my Ear if my Finger might prong it out. I turn it on right before I clock in and off right after I clock out. I work a 12 Hour shift, and only change the Batteries after 3 Days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RADIO! I HAVE PURCHASED 3 IN TOTAL AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE.I will purchase again if a Time is needed.

Quality
It was OK. Yes it does pick up stations and the headphones work but, when I used it inside an office right next to the window, the quality of the audio reduced significantly. I bought it to have plugged into a speaker at work but, have resorted at times to use use my iphone because of the static noise if the device is not perfectly picking up the audio

great budget fm radio
great FM reception, Not the best but very good. poor AM reception. if AM is important, buy something else. Lots of presets. easy to use the presets if are a channel hopper. the buttons are very easy to get used to. it has a sleep/scan button that is annoying. it is easy to accidentally hit the sleep scan button which seems to turn the unit off randomly. if the sleep/scan is pressed too long, it starts erasing your presets. i used a bit of superglue to disable it. it has no belt clip, so it gets lost in a pocket. it's size is such that the standard phone glue on clip doesn't fit so i bought a couple of key chain belt clips and superglued them on, making it a fantastic little radio.

Easy to use and easy to read.
It was perfect for someone in a Rehabilitation facility. Only thing I noticed is I don't remember seeing where it shows which ear is which, right or left for the buds. But it has a great screen read out of the numbers and it's well lit. The sound was okay too and it's easy for a senior to use. It has a lanyard to go around the neck and it's very light. I do recommend it for easy use, etc.

TERRIBLE AM reception - even for a local station
I bought this to listen to a local AM station. My old little radio worked fine, but had broken battery compartment cover. Well, this new radio seems to pick up FM fine and a few local AM Spanish stations weakly, but does not pick up MY station AT ALL. The worse AM reception of any radio I have owned in the past 50 years and of absolutely no vaue to me. I only gave it one star because I could not enter text here with zero stars filled in.
