Epic Fail
We just opened this item and the battery holder is not for triple A batteries. There’s no difference on which way you insert the batteries.

Customer Service Lacking
Have had a little less than a year & am disappointed with the scale & customer service!My scale consistently changes weight on me in moments! I’ll weigh myself, get off & on & find the scale differs by as much as 0.6 lbs! Because that concerned me, I weighed known hand weights & found them off, as well.Asked customer service for suggestions & they never replied.I would get another brand, but will probably live with this for now. Still, disappointed. I like a lot of the features, but accuracy is an important issue

Love this Bluetooth enabled scale!
The scale works great with my iPhone and has helped me accurately track the loss of over 30 pounds so far.

Doesn't work, doesn't even turn on.
So far this isn't working at all. Won't sync, charged it for 6 hours. Does nothing. If I can get help to get a replacement or get it working, I'll change my review.

Ok, Sleek Design
I thought it broke after I bought it but Customer Service explained I needed to charge it with the USB in addition to having batteries in it as well. While the functionality is nice, I find it a pain. I'm busy & it needed recharging after just a month (and me using it maybe 3 times in that month).

Doesn’t work right Fixed
The app doesn’t give the same weight as the scale I hope is only my scale that is not working cause if not this is a big problem.They help me fix this problem so I have to give it a better ratin but need to recommend to put diferents instructions inside the packing cause the App that the box says is complete different can’t give 5 star cause it make me go trough all the process twice sorry

Faulty product
The seller has refunded me without the need for a returm, but that doesn't take away that the scale came with a faulty sensor and doesn't measure anything accurately (keeps giving me random measurements everytime). Also the produtc doesn't look like nothing like in the pictures. I still don't recommend this product.
