Within 12 hours everything was moving as it should, within 24 hours he was making up for lost time, eating everything in sight, drinking enough to cause a minor water shortage and racing around the house like a lunatic. We noticed recently that it had been a couple of days since he had been for a number 2 and he appeared to be getting lethargic which was very worrying.I initially put some of this in his dinner but he wasn't really eating so first dose didn't really have a chance. For the second dose I rubbed it on top of his paw and good as gold he licked it off. I am not sure he approves of the flavour as he wouldn't take it off my finger but he soon cleaned it off and within an hour was in his little tray.
