Decent product, but awful, terrible customer service
The earphones themselves are reasonably good. The fit isn't very comfortable, and can hurt your ears after a few hours. But the sound clarity is great, connectivity is good enough. My primary issue (and the reason for the 1 star rating) is that around 11 months after purchase, the battery life became awful - it would last less than 60 minutes on full charge. When I approached the company under warranty, they informed me that my Liberty 4 earbuds were not repairable; they then offered me cheap 2000-3000rs 'refurbished' earbuds as replacement - because they did not have my model in stock. This has been ongoing for more than 30 days, and I ended up buying a new pair of earbuds from a more reputable company. Hopefully, some day they will resolve this issue and I will update my rating accordingly.Update (31/3/25): They offered me INR 625 as refund - as the product was purchased 11 months ago. So, they are quite clear on the fact that the product loses nearly 90% of its value in under a year. Purchase from a reputed brand, folks. Save yourself a ton of grief.Update 2 (4/4/25): I requested that they return my defective device instead of this pathetic refund; but unfortunately, they have 'misplaced' it. Do not bother buying from this scam company.

A Solid Performer with a Few Quirks
The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Soundcore Liberty 4NC earbuds with my iPhone 13 Pro for a few weeks now, and I'm generally impressed with them. The sound quality is excellent, with rich bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) isn't groundbreaking, but it does a decent job of blocking out ambient noise, especially on buses or trains. One of the standout features is the seamless connectivity with two devices simultaneously. I can easily switch between my iPhone and laptop without any hassle. The battery life is also impressive, lasting well over a week on a single charge. However, there's one area where these earbuds fall short: call quality. Despite the claimed 6 microphones, I haven't noticed any significant improvement in clarity during calls. There's still some background noise and muffled voices.Overall, the Soundcore Liberty 4NC earbuds are a solid purchase, offering great sound quality, decent ANC, and convenient multi-device connectivity. If you're looking for earbuds with excellent audio performance and don't prioritise crystal-clear phone calls, these are a great option.

Dodgy packaging but really impressive product
I was sceptical because the seal was actually reapplied by the seller. Not to find that the product wouldn’t work but tbh used products which we have to put onto ourselves should be hygienic. But the content inside seemed to be intact and as new. The extra ear buds especially were in mint condition, since the seal for the buds within weren’t removed. So I felt reassured. The earbuds built quality overall is very good; sound quality is also impressive with a well balanced sound signature with clear highs and minds, and non tinny lows. I wouldn’t say it has a neutral sound profile but it’s well balanced and really enjoyable.I use it with my IPhone 14 and there doesn’t seem to be any issues with the connection or quality. The ambient sound is the another impressive attribute which lets a very natural sound into the ears wild walking or jogging. The sound is no different than not having it on and listening to the street noises with your bare ears.Noise cancellation is also admirable. The app is really handy.Overall, I really like it since the sound quality seems close to my Sony WH 1000 m3 headphones for an inear earbuds (on wireless connection).
