I don't know who designed this cat litter box but I doesn't work. 1. The door moves one direction. Meaning: the cat can get in but not get out or get out but not get in.... It has plastic stoppers. Maybe the idea is that the cat will use the door to get in and the littler hole on the top to get out or viceversa. It doesn't make any sense to my cat nor me. 2. The way the three parts fit lets pee and cat litter spread out of the box. It doesn't seal well. I put silicone but then it looses it's purpose. 3. The cat litter goes between the box and the tray, meaning, you have to clean the tray and cat litter, so what is purpose of the tray. I have to say that I tried to fix this issues but none worked. I have to trash it since you cannot return a used cat litter box.

What you’re looking for a small litter box this is not the one for you. But if you are looking for a big litter box, that is easy to clean, this is definitely for you. It is very durable and the draw makes clean up easy.

I bought this litter box for my cat because i loved the idea of a pullout tray and a cover. Ever since buying it my cat hates the door because it gets stuck so she is either stuck inside or can’t get in, it is very small and my cat is not a big cat. it’s flimsy and the Litter gets everywhere. Will be returning

We ended up sending it back because the feral cat we were going to trap ran away. If we need another litter box, it'll be this one.

Kittens don’t like it. Too narrow and I have small cats.3 pieces that just sit one on the other. Nothing locking them together.Not sure what the gray plastic door covers are for.

I bought this litter box and my grandson threw the box in the garbage. How do you have not done that I would return it. The problem is I have two cats that use it. One of them is a 10 year old female. The other one is a six month old female, I noticed the strong smell of urine and whenever they go in there to pee it’s going over the side so I put a bed pad underneath it and whenever I went to clean the litter box and I pulled it out. The bed pad underneath was soaked with urine and cat litter!! So it does not work for us and I would really like to return it. I just don’t have the box. I feel like I got ripped off big time! Now we just have the litter pan that they are using because I threw the other one in the trash. Of course they get litter all over the floor everywhere. It’s just a big mess. I really wish I could return this product. It’s the worst product I’ve got from Amazon.
