i love this product SO much and looked all through amazon to find a bark collar that works automatically as well as has a remote for behavior correction. i looked at this one and a couple others and decided to go with this one as i have 3 dogs and preferred them to be on the same remote. this product is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. i have two hounds that bark at absolutely nothing and once their collar beeps, they quiet down. i needed the remote as they would chase after rabbits and such and now i can use the beep before they start to take off and they behave. this has saved my sanity and gives you so many options such as 3 different channels for each collar, turning on and off the automatic bark feature, changing the sensitivity on beep, vibrate, and shock. you can even turn off the shock and it comes with different lengths of prongs as well as rubber stoppers if you didn’t want the shock. i needed the correction option as my two hounds bully my mastiff and i can correct them without having to have two separate collars. i’m thankful to have found a collar that not only works but is 2 in 1!!

We bought the three receiver version of the product since we have 4 dogs. The receivers are all identical except for numbered stickers to tell them apart. The instructions were a little confusing at first, however once we figured them out the actual setup is easy and straightforward.The battery life on both the receivers and the remote seem good and for us last multiple days without recharging.All three receivers worked great out of the box. After about 1 month of use one of the receivers stopped holding its charge for more than a couple hours. We contacted the seller via Amazon and explained the problem and we were immediately put into email contact with their after sales department. After reading the explanation the after sales team agreed that it sounded like the bad unit had an internal issue and so they made arrangements to ship a replacement receiver (in our case just a new single receiver version of the product complete with a second remote and all the hardware). The replacement arrived like any other Amazon shipment in a couple of days.The new receiver is working as expected and we are completely satisfied with both the equipment and the after sales support.We recommend this product.

These collars are great. They are easy to use and easy to put on. Our dogs are much less prone to barking at everything that moves, which has made for a better environment for all of us.There's a few minor things that prevented a 5 star rating. The collars should all be the more sturdy, plastic ones. We've already lost one of the collars to a chewing incident. The 3 channel remote control is effective, but would be way easier to use if you had individual buttons for each channel, instead of having to cycle through them to get to the collar channel you actually need. And, unfortunately, one of the recievers has quit working. I'm hoping that the seller will be willing to ship a replacement reciever out. It was the Number 2 reciever that quit on us.Overall, though, we are satisfied with the product and definitely happier with the dogs behavior.

I loved that this remote work for both my dogs and had the option for turning bark control off and on. I like the different levels for each dog too for vibrate and beep. The issue was it would beep when they would be scratching themselves (not on neck), just walking, or playing. The function for bark control no longer works. We have had these for 10 months and primarily use them in the summer while camping.

I am working on barking with my dogs, I have these both set to vibration only on 25 off 99 and they worked immediately. i still have to use them for training but they absolutely are learning and can feel the vibration and it corrects them. the one thing i've noticed is that my one dog shakes his fur when he stands up and sometimes him shaking like that sets off the vibration. so that isn't good. i've mostly been using it manually (not on auto-bark) for that reason.Also, The company has excellent communication.
