The best
Iโve been using Earth Mama Diaper Balm for my baby and absolutely love it! Itโs gentle, soothing, and made with clean ingredients that I feel good about using on sensitive skin. It helped calm diaper rash redness quickly and creates a nice protective barrier without feeling too thick or sticky. I also love the light natural scent and that a little goes a long way. Perfect for everyday use and a must-have in our diaper bag!

Clean Ingredients and Very Gentle on Sensitive Skin
Iโve tried a few diaper balms, and this one has been one of my favorites for everyday use. I was specifically looking for something with simple, organic ingredients, and Earth Mama delivered. It feels clean and safe, especially for sensitive skin. The texture is smooth and easy to apply. Itโs more of a soft balm than a thick paste, so it spreads easily without tugging on irritated skin. Iโve used it both as a preventative layer and at the first sign of redness, and it helped calm mild irritation pretty quickly. Pros: Made with organic, clean ingredients. Very gentle on sensitive skin. Spreads easily and absorbs well. Light, natural scent (not overpowering). Cons: Not as thick or heavy-duty as zinc-based creams for severe diaper rash. Small container for the price. Can feel slightly oily right after application. Overall, this has worked great for prevention and mild irritation in our routine. For more serious rashes, I still keep a stronger cream on hand, but for daily use, this is a product I feel really good about using.

The only diaper balm I buy
My favorite diaper cream for baby. It works like a charm on preventing and treating redness. No diaper rashes 8 months and going. A little goes a long way and the herbal smell is pleasant. I will not buy anything else.

Cannot Live without this Diaper Cream! THE BEST!
This Earth Mama Diaper Cream has some sort of magic in it because itโs just insanely good. Backstory: I did a lot of research while I was pregnant on which diaper cream to buy. I also cared about the ingredients in the diaper creams, so that narrowed down my options quite a bit (I use apps like Clearya & Yuka to check for any bad ingredients). Anyway, after seeing a lot of great reviews on this diaper cream, I decided to buy it. For the last 6 months of my sonโs life, this is what weโve used. Heโs never had a problem with diaper rash. Sometimes, a #2 would make him red; Iโd put this on it, and itโd be gone by the next diaper change. It glides on so easily (I also use the Mushie butt spatula to apply it) and when itโs time for a change, it wipes off easily as well! This month, we ran out, and within a day he developed a rash because a #2 always makes him red, like it โburnsโ him. I had this other brand someone had bought me as a gift (the Boudreaux Butt Paste in the red bottle). Right off the bat, I hated the thickness and almost paste-like consistency. It didnโt apply easily and was super hard to spread out. I was shocked because I know a lot of people love that diaper cream. The red bottle has a couple of ingredients that I donโt love (paraffin and petroleum, which are potential carcinogens), but I was desperate. By the end of day one, the redness had turned into a full-blown raised rash, so I had to order a large 4oz bottle of this immediately. For the next two days, it just kept getting worse and worse. Also, when changing him, that paste was so insanely difficult to wipe off, I felt as though it was just irritating him more. I was spoiled by how well this diaper cream applies and wipes off. I had never had to deal with a diaper rash that bad. So as soon as I received it, I used it and said to my husband, โIf this diaper cream can heal this bad of a rash, Iโll never use a different kind ever again. Iโll be loyal to this.โ No kidding, within three diaper changes, not only was the raised red rash gone, but it wasnโt even red anymore. I was shook. Needless to say, donโt waste money on a bunch of different diaper creams. This is literally the only thing you need! Itโs the best, and Iโll use it forever!

Bought this for my baby in the NICU
When my daughter was born she needed surgery 24 hours later to fix an intestinal punch. We knew she would need the surgery when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I wanted to make sure she would have the safest most gentle products while she was recovering. I bought her hypoallergenic diapers (I hated the pampers the hospital was using) and this diaper cream. The hospital was using aquaphor on her and I couldnโt stand that stuff. She was so red and getting rashes. Plus the aquaphor was so occlusive her skin couldnโt breathe. When we switched to Earth Mama and better diapers her skin was so much better! All the nurses and doctors and ever her physical therapist commented on how much they loved the smell of her diaper cream and how nice it was. Most had never heard of it. I used this in any areas of irritation on her body and her diaper area. This is really wonderful stuff and I canโt recommend it enough! I used it for my son 10 years ago and itโs still just as great as it was. I do think it used to be in a glass jar (which I prefer) but thatโs ok. Honestly I wish I could be a sales rep for this brand because it really is great!

Great but pricey
Been using this for 4 years, for each of my children. Itโs pricey, but worth it. Never liked the zinc oxide based diaper creams or thick emollients. This is smooth and calming enough for newborns and above. My kids have never had a diaper rash with this because we use it with every diaper change. Always spot test on yourself or baby before use. Some ingredients may not agree with you is all. People raged to me about how amazing mustela products are but my first son was allergic to that, it just depends on the person, not necessarily the product. Every skin care product usually has a disclaimer to spot test on yourself/users skin and wait a bit for a reaction.

Works for babies and adult rashes
I love this balm! It last so long and it works for almost anything. I bought it for my toddler and instantly the rash would disappear within a day. It smells so good sometimes I wish it were a lotion. My toddler has tried to eat it as well but Iโm not too concerned because itโs all natural ingredients . Iโve also used it for myself to cure under boob rash during the summers

Zero Rashes, 40 Days In
This is a very good diaper balm. Even though it says it can be used for many purposes, I have only used it for my baby since the beginning. Iโve been using it for 40 days now, and it has not caused any irritation, rash, or redness. My baby has sensitive skin, and this product has worked really well. It helps keep the skin hydrated and also prevents the diaper from sticking. The texture feels nice and smooth. It does have a scent, which I assume comes from the herbs. The smell is not unpleasant, but it is quite strong and can still be noticeable even after putting on the diaper and clothes. Iโm giving it 4 stars only because of the packaging. Since it is an organic and natural product, I expected the container to be made of a different, higher-quality material, it looks and feels a bit cheap. The balm comes in a good quantity and lasts well. I actually already ordered my second one before the first runs out. Overall, I do recommend it โ itโs a really good product.

My son has never had diaper rash... we alternate between this ~ which smells amazing! ~ and dr. Brunners magic balm. I always use this one after stinky business bc I love how it smells! My mom came to visit and was using it daily on her hands! This little tub also goes a long way :)
