It's been several months I have tried this product, and it did nothing to tighten my wrinkles. I am not noticing any difference. I think this was a waste of my money.

This line of supplements is not called Beverly Hills MD for nothing. The PLUMP + FIRM Advanced Collagen Booster comes in a beautiful little box with glossy paper and shiny accents. It comes in a cute little plastic canister with a sophisticated label that looks like it might hold expensive face cream. In a sense, that is what this is marketed as - only for internal use. So, stylistically, this is an A+. If you have the means, go for it. It mixes easily, tastes great, and is packed with lots of goodies. You get basically a B-complex vitamin, some antioxidant-rich fruit extracts, and then 2.5 g of branded collagen peptides billed as "bioactive." Per serving. You get 30 servings in a can. Do the math. Again, if you have the means, it's an interesting supplement that will probably give you some health benefits. As far as the claims on the label, that is another story. My concern is that for the money, you only get the 2.5 g of collagen. You can get a lot more for a lot less, albeit without the fancy packaging and other stuff mixed in. If you want an all-in-one sort of drink mix that tastes really good in just water, this will be a great choice. If you are in it for the collagen, you can get a lot more plain bovine collagen for your buck.

The first thing I noticed about this product was the sleek, sophisticated packaging. That gave me a good feeling right off the bat -- especially for something that leverages concepts like "Beverly Hills", etc. -- and I felt excited to try it.That said, mixable beauty/wellness powder drinks are hit or miss for me, as quite a few leave a lot to be desired as far as flavor. This one is a big exception, though. This one is deliciously fruity when mixed with no strange undertaste or aftertaste, which I appreciate. I genuinely enjoy taking it.As far as effectiveness goes, I've been using this product for a while now, and I feel like I do notice a difference in the look and feel of my skin. It's plump, soft, and youthful-looking. I also feel really great in general since I've started using this, so I imagine the "from the inside out" nutritional perks are benefiting me in other ways, too. Great product that pleasantly surprised me.

I was really surprised that this collagen supplement has a lot more vitamins than collagen in it. It only contains 2.5 g (2500 mg) per scoop. Most recommendations I see are for at least 20g of collagen a day for best effects.But the really disappointing part of this is that it contains cyanocobalamin as the source of B12. While I'm not a medical professional, even I know that this is the least absorbable form of B12. Its can even block B12 absorption for some people. If they chose a low-quality source for B12, I'm wondering about the quality of every other ingredient in this mix.Yes, it tastes good and mixes well, but with supplements I care more about effectiveness and health than about what it tastes like. I won't even finish the canister because of the cyanocobalamin. I'm really surprised that at this price point it doesn't have better quality ingredients.Also, this product I received in Jan 2024 was manufactured in March 2022. Most supplements I purchase from Amazon are manufactured more recently than that so if you do decide to purchase this, you may need to use it quickly.

The Beverly Hills MD Plump + Firm Advanced Collagen came well-sealed in a container with 30 servings and a manufacture date of 2022. However, it tastes fresh and fine. It contains a small bit of collagen, but it mainly supports collagen production in the body. I really like the tart raspberry/lemonade flavor. It's sweet, but not over the top. It reminds me of a sweet and sour sensation. Quite palatable!Plump + Firm is a fun way to get collagen friendly nutrients. There's even a proprietary blend of fruit phytonutrients. Suggested use is 1 scoop per 6-8 ounces of water. It's quick and fast and feels energizing to drink. I was really excited to try this Beverly Hills MD Plump + Firm Advanced Collagen, until I received it and saw that not only does it not provide an expiration or best by date, but the manufacturing date was almost 2 years ago, 3/21/2022.When I googled to see if it is even okay to consume collagen powder that is this old, I read different views; some stating that if unopened & stored properly, it should be okay to consume; with some views stating that the quality and safety of the product may have degraded over time.With that all being said, I decided to just try it out, so I could give a solid and honest review.The jar did arrive properly sealed. The powder is a bit grainy (old age?), but it did dissolve easily into my water.The raspberry lemonade flavor is actually really delicious, and I like how it is sugar-free, sweetened with stevia.It is packed with some great ingredients, like Polyphenols, Purified Ceramides, and vitamins, all along with those collagen peptides, but I really don’t like that 2 year old manufacturing date.Although I think this collagen powder is one of the tastiest I’ve tried thus far, I’ve decided to not continue consuming it, due to the (possible) safety concerns with its old manufacturing age.Bummer!!
