Dose this come with the installation kit too?

Yes it does. But if you have an EMG setup in your guitar you don't need the kit. Just swap out the old ones for the new ones. Hope this helps.

Does the toggle switch need replaced also?

It doesn't have to be replaced. The solderless wiring system, allows you to hook up the existing switch to a wiring buss (that is included). If you added an EMG solderless toggle switch, the system would then ne completely solderless.

Will these fit into a jackson warrior js32?

I put the Hett Set in my LTD KH202 and the Bone Breakers in my Jackson.....I can almost 99% positive they should fit.
