I'm convinced that the digestive enzymes helped my symptoms of stomach gas, bloating, and nausea. For two years I was getting bad symptoms of stomach gas, bloating and nausea. I was told by the doctor that it was acid reflux and they prescribed a PPI medication, but it didn't help. Since, my stomach was producing so much excess gas, I figured that my stomach just was not digesting the food well. Tried the digestive enzymes and so far it has help my symptoms a lot. Much less stomach gas, bloating, and nausea. I don't take them every day, but take them about two times a week or before a larger meal that is not in line with my normal food routine. I still get some stomach gas and bloating, but symptoms are much better and I can eat more normal now.

This Enzyme is a grade above others. Since taking this, we have noticed improvement in our digestion and bowls as well. I would dare to state that to date, this is the best product I have ever used for my issue. And I have been trying products since 2010. My husband and I both require enzymes for digestion. He needs Protease when he eats meat and I need Invertase with my food. In the past we had to buy each our own bottle of enzymes. Amylase and Invertase with Protease is in itself not easy to find for a reasonable price, with good quality in one bottle. We have found it a challenge to find enzymes that have the right amount of each and that really help us with digestion. It’s having Psyllium Husk Powder in a dose that does not cause constipation is sublime. Anti-Gas & Bloating aid is working. We paid good money to a natural specialist who explained the benefits of taking Psyllium Husk with an enzyme. Taking this initially led to good weight loss for us but as the years went by we stopped taking the Husk and enzymes faithfully. Now we feel back on track and are seeing a difference. I wish we had all this in one bottle back then. It might have helped us to stay on track. Absolutely recommend, yes!

They work great. Bloated at night ? Take 2 or 3 before you go to sleep. No bloating in the morning.

This, and other digestive enzyme products, can be helpful to improve nutrient absorption and reduce bloating after eating. It's best to start by not eating too much at one meal for prevention, though. Senior citizens tend to have more issues with digestion, so this is a good approach for the prevention of digestive issues before taking antacids or proton pump inhibitors. However, don't delay consulting with a medical doctor if reflux symptoms persist.

First batch seemed to help with meals. Second bottle seemed like smaller capsules and they do nothing to help. Switching brands.

I take these daily and my gut is usually pretty happy. I think they help, so Id buy them again.
