Euro 2 Pin to 3 Pin Converter Plug / Adapter - Black . POWER CONNECTIONS ECP-BK-R-5A EURO CONVERTER PLUG - Pack of 10

I had bought some appliances with 2 pin plugs and these convert them easily to UK 3 square pin plugs. I had previously used a shaver converter travel type adaptor but I found my salt lamps from Krackow salt mines fused their bulbs on a monthly basis. Early days as I only fitted these today so watch this space. Most of my cables are white so a black plug is ok. White plugs would be better. Laura Ashley lights pictured (white broken plug pictured on grey sofa) come with these fitted but 1 plug had smashed when a vase fell on it. Again this was a suitable and easy replacement. I would suggest an assortment of colour plugs would be better however it’s not the end of the world! I plan on putting one on my electric toothbrush (white cable) and electric shaver (black cable) too. Basically if you buy an appliance/lamp in countries which have 2 pin plugs this will convert to UK plug size without drama.

Will not fit all euro plugs; only worked for a tv plug (had to cut a bit the plastic inside), but eon’t fit electric tooth brush or shaving maschine plug as there ia too much distance between the connectors inside this adaptor’s casing...

These are perfect convertors for items you may have acquired in Europe, and want to use regularly in the UK. They create a safe and compliant fused UK power connection, but a) without the hassle of chopping the lead and rewiring a plug and b) in a perfectly reversible way. If one day you want to take the product back to the continent, just unscrew and it returns to how it was when you started. This bulk pack is excellent value for money if you have multiple devices to convert. I got 10 for less than the price of 3 individual units. I discovered these convertors when I bought a product in the UK with one supplied on the power lead, and loved the idea. Secure, safe, easy! Now I have enough for any new items I pick up abroad.
