I bought this for my second cousin that is a toddler. This was such a perfect gift for her so many of them had not the typical ballerina that we all had as children. I don't know I'm mid 40 so that's what you had when you had a wind up jewelry box was a ballerina dancing. It's just the right size for her to put her little personal things and it was really a hit above all things at Christmas she adored it! The graphics on the box are also gorgeous the mirror is pretty and you can't beat the price! I mean this is really a nice gift for a small child starting out with a jewelry box for their precious little mementos I highly suggest it!

I used the Jewelkeeper Jewelry Box for Girls, Cotton Candy Unicorn Musical Jewelry Box, for a special birthday party I planned for a little girl, and it was a perfect gift! Overall it’s very cute. I have doubts about its durability, but otherwise it seems to be nice. At first I received one defective: the figurine was stucking a bit when turning and along the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star melody there was a little noise coming from the box mechanism itself as if there is some spring broken. So I initiated a Replacement and the new one came really quickly, so I hadn’t returned the first one yet. BUT we decided to keep them both. READON? I really love it and I will definitely use the new well working one for my baby’s little things, but our daughter seems to love it so much that she wants to ACTUALLY play with it. Our daughter is a year and a half. So we decided to let her play with the first one, because she doesn’t care about these minor isues and it also may help to test the durability. It’s not to expensive.. I mean, come on that is the price for any other toy as well, let baby have fun. SO - what was expected to be very nice and sweet nursery decor turned out to be fascinating toy for our little girl. Durability is doubtful - that’s why I took one star off, but the melody is nice, decor is sweet, owl figurines are tidy and colors are great.

This is a sweet little treasure box. It was perfect for my 6 year old granddaughter's birthday. She was delighted that it played music. I also bought her a small set of rings to put in the ring holder section. It is small, but a perfect size for little treasures, bracelets, rings, etc...

My 3 year old granddaughter wanted a ballerina jewelry box for Christmas. I was very appreciative of the artwork because I was looking for something without unicorns or cartoon looking characters. The quality of this box was better than I expected. The music box plays loud and clear and the little mirror that the ballerina dances in front of makes it just perfect. The price on this could not have been better. Overall, I am very happy with it and more importantly the granddaughter was very happy to have gotten her request.
