To be completely honest, I don't see much difference in muscle building. However, its very easy to swallow, what with it being capsules. No difference in my digestive system. Tastes like nothing, which is a major upside! The tiny little capsules are very convenient. Its also not expensive. I have no more trouble with my sleeping whilst using this product.

Placebo or not, these definitely got me fired up for the gym and life in general. Certainly flat lined since I stopped using them but I think they had some slightly adverse side effects

I have been taking this product for a 2 cycles.. and i can feel it works. Whether is placebo effects or the product itself... i can feel more energy.. more strength and improved libido. Overall recommended.

I've been using this product for 5 months now and I cannot be certain whether it makes much/any difference. What I can definitely say is that it doesn't have any effect on my performance, stamina, or vitality (whatever that means). I do think I've gained muscle mass since using it, but I would have done so without it. The question is how much of it is thanks to this product? I'm not saying it definitely doesn't work, but be mindful of the placebo effect.

I've waited to write a review until I had taken these for nearly a month to judge how the stack up. I have tried a few other brands before these with hit and miss results. I have to say I will be sticking with these from now on. They are great price for this supplement and I feel I have had a good benefit from them so far. Also the 60 you get in the pack are in gel capsule form so are easy to swallow. Overall a great product and price.

This supplement has no taste and is easy enough to swallow, but that’s literally the only positive thing I can say about it. It’s not a good quality product at all and it doesn’t do anything whatsoever. It feels like a complete waste of money spending on these supplements – I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Have found these to be really good, my strength has improved in the gym and lifting better than I have been for some time. Would recommend.
