NOT Pure Copper! It's a very thin CCA wire, Not suitable for 13A rated Cord and Fuse.
This cable is not safe for 13A load, it's using 0.75mm2 CCA wire, and runs hot even with 5 Amps of load. The resistance of the line without load is 1.6 Ohms that clearly means it's not pure copper. Don't connect anything over few hundred watts.
