I started taking this at the end of November. I used it for approximately 45 days when I had my lab work redone and it did not impact my cholesterol levels positively. Great product! Does what it says!

Haven’t taken it long enough. After 3 months I’ll have blood work to check results. But nephew took it and his bad cholesterol was down by 20 points.

This product is amazing. I began taking this in April along with olive leaf and I just had my labs today in Aug and my chloresteral is down to 192 from 254 last year. Back to normal. I will continue taking this but may adjust to taking in the evening for even better results.
