Easy to use and feels secure
I got this sliding door security bar for extra peace of mind on my patio door, and it does exactly what I needed. It was easy to adjust to the right length, and the rubber tips help it stay in place without scratching the door or frame. It feels sturdy once positioned and makes the sliding door feel much more secure. I also like that it’s simple to remove from the inside when I need to use the door, but it still adds a strong extra layer of protection when the door is closed. Sturdy Security
Very sturdy and gives a good impression of extra security. Step #1 is to put the rubber foot on one end of the device, but wait until you know if you have to add anymore pieces to make it longer before you put that on, or you might struggle to get if off to extend the length. I have a 96” sliding glass door that took both extensions.

Strong & secure + great value
The lock / latch on our sliding door broke so we grabbed this for not only security reasons but to help keep the winter cold temperatures outside. This bar is very strong with lots of adjustable settings. We sleep better (and warmer) at night knowing that door is tight and secured.
