Delicious! Mixed it with frozen fruit, water and a splash of cinnamon sugar syrup and it tastes like a gluwein sangria...my new favorite mocktail! Definitely has more clove vs aperol is more citrusy.

There's not many contenders out there yet for a zero-alcohol Campari or Aperol, but I've found that this one works as a pretty decent contender for both. Though, after going through 3 bottles of this now and playing around with a bunch of different drink recipes, I use it more as a Campari replacement because it's more sweet than bitter. If you're looking at getting into making mocktails, I definitely wouldn't start with this, as it's got a very unique flavor profile. However, as someone starting up my own sober bar, I've come to love using this to serve up many more zero-proof versions of classic cocktails that are a little more "niche". I definitely recommend

Verrrrry strong and quite sweet. Definitely a mixer for me. I wouldn't want to have to drink a shot of this but it does add a blend of delicious notes to any beverage, classing it up. It's kind of like bitters, but sweet, orangey, and pungent. If you're going to serve non-alcoholic beverages, I think it's a real gold star if there is a wide selection for those of us who don't drink. If I saw this on someone's counter along with some groovy soda, I'd feel so included.

Nice flavor but very watery, you'd need to drink it straight as an aperitif. Which would be expensive.

I’m truly not one to write reviews, but I definitely had to share about this amazing nonalcoholic option! The flavor is amazing and was even more exciting is that it’s truly made with wonderful all natural ingredients! No dyes or “natural flavors” in this bottle!! My absolute favorite drink has always been an Aperol spritz, I’ve looked high and low for a decent alternative and I was extremely excited to find this. Thank you, Wilfred for doing what you do.

A very disappointing purchase. It taste like cloves. Undrinkable. A waste of money.

It tastes really close to the original — slightly bitter, a little sweet, and super refreshing. Even the color and vibe are spot on. Well, it did show some complexity. It was not close enough to the bitter apertivo I was looking for. It’s a much more sweet slightly syrup profile. So the search goes on for a non-alcoholic alternative such as this.
