OK TAPE PRO Kinesiology Tape Uncut Latex Free Tape 2inx16ft 1Rolls

This is the best tape I've tried. I am a stomach sleeper and wake up with a bunch of wrinkles. This tape keeps my skin from folding. It's very comfortable and very flexible. It stays on without rolling and without any skin irritation or damage. I put it on top of oil and it still sticks. You need to activate the glue by rubbing the tape for a few seconds. And don't over stretch it especially the ends. It comes off very easily but you do have to wet it as with any kinesio tape. It's very effective on sore neck muscles also. I love all the bright colors! I highly recommend it.

Have been using K-Tape off & on for decades since I teach fitness classes and things get hurt sometimes. Found OK Tape on Amazon a few years ago and am very impressed with value and durability. I love the variety of colors and buy double rolls to measure and cut to fit my needs. I apply it myself and have lots of practice: this tape is less rigid and easy to apply. I can often wear thru several showers (trimming ends as they lift and using a cool blow dryer to keep tape anchored). I have had more issues with it being stuck on too well rather than lifting, but it rarely lifts off when I’m sweating. I consider that a Win. For removal from sensitive skin take a warm shower, use a warm blow dryer or rub baby oil (olive oil or PAM cooking spray) to soften adhesive.

I am a certified massage therapist with hyper mobility syndrome (flexible). Because of my job and hyper mobility I am prone to injuries like tendinitis. I've tried other brands and have to replace the kinesiology tape on my hand after each session. I wear a glove to protect the tape and prevent it from coming in contact with clients. I wash my hands with the glove on, discard glove, and hand sanitizer after each client. This tape lasts me all day. All kinesiology tape i have tried does not last when it gets wet. But this one doesn't get wet because of the gloves and lasts for each work day. As opposed to any others I've tried. They are more expensive and come off during the session, sometimes 5 minutes in. I love the fact that it is durable and when I am ready to take it off it does not damage my skin. It is a great support to my physical health and my wallet. Only tape I will work with. It also works great on my knees and will generally last 2 days even after a shower.

I would give it 4.5 stars if I could! I’ll start by saying that I tore my meniscus a while back, and I play roller derby and I bartend full time. I almost constantly have tape on my leg, and I very rarely ever leave the house without a compression sleeve on. There’s not a whole lot of rest happening so I need the support. I typically use the KT tape pro extreme, since I need it to last through multiple practices per week under knee pads, which means friction and a lot of sweat. But kt tape is an expensive habit to keep up. After some research I found this and decided to try it out and I am VERY impressed. It stuck the same and provided the same amount of support that I am used to. It comes in a much wider array of colors and provided a lot of comfort during work and derby. It is not precut strips, which is both a pro and a con. Pro, because I am able to cut the exact length I need and I am not wasting anything. I feel like I am getting a MUCH larger bang for my buck with this! But the only con was also the raw edges from cutting it manually. They started to peel up on the corners after two days so I decided to peel it up after 3 because it was getting snagged on my knee sleeve and pants. The process to removing it was much easier than the KT tape, and left less residue on my leg. While the corners may have peeled up, the rest of the strips were still firmly in place. I will definitely be purchasing again and again. The quality is similar, if not superior, to much more expensive products and I am extremely pleased.

I have gone through at least 30-40 rolls of OK tape my now! I have RA and I use it for everything knees, ribs, hips, wrists, keeping med patches in place, even chest tape, EVERYTHING! I must’ve left 100 5 star reviews by now. Quick breakdown of thier tape -OK PRO best to purchase with unisolve. Pro tape is a more long lasting continuous roll of tape. It’s great for longer wear 4-10 days worth best for knees. ribs, any high friction area. BE AWARE OF THE STICK if you stretch it and really heat active it it will rip the crap out your skin. Best to remove after a hot shower. You may NEED UNISOLVE to get it all off or to get the remaining adhesive off. The adhesive will stick to you and turn and gray black color all over the previously taped area. Be very careful how you apply it if you stretch it it will hold on FOREVER if you don’t it will peel easily. I learned this over all of my taping across my body it is very important to remember that when using it as CHEST TAPE -OK TAPE the regular OK tape is good but a very medium adhesive not great for high friction. It works well for short term with little pain on removal. Best for wrists and ankles for short term taping hours to at most 1-2 days

I used this to wrap up my headphones where the headband was peeling. The stretchiness was perfect for getting it tight and the adhesive seems to be good enough for this purpose. The fun pattern is a huge plus and what made me pick this brand! I plan to use this on other things that need a fun grip or repair.

"Not so sticky" might also be a compliment, depending on your POV. Some users of this kind of tape have real trouble getting it off. Particularly, say, if they only want to wear it during an exercise session. For me, when I'm using it for Plantar's Fasciitis, I'm going to keep it on for hopefully 3-4 days, which means even asking it to stay stuck during and after a shower, until I'm ready to change it out. That hope works out better with some brands than others. With this OK Tape, I'm finding that even with careful application and rubbbing on the tape to enhance the stick, and even with very clean, dry skin, I can wake up the next morning after application and find it already peeling off. That's even without any sweating or exertion to speak of, so I'll look for another brand next time. Too bad, I like the grid on the adhesive side that helps with cutting to size, and I like the bright colors. But again, this might be just the thing for someone with very delicate skin or a need to frequently apply and remove kinesiology tape.

Great tape, love it. Wish I didn't have to use it LOL. But I have a connective tissue disorder and it helps keep joints in place without having to wear bulky braces. I also enjoy the nude color I wish it didn't have prints on it but I do prefer the skin tone. Its easy to cut and shap. Great support. Wears down on edges after about 3 hours. But hold true for about 7

Eine super Qualität !!! Hält wirklich lange auf der Haut, selbst wenn man schwitzt. Ist sehr gut anzubringen und sieht dabei noch toll aus. Ich habe eine sehr empfindliche Haut und reagiere schnell auf Pflaster, aber auf diese Tabe habe ich selbst nach 3 Tagen nicht ein bisschen reagiert. Mein neues Lieblingstape.
