I have only used this pillow two nights and it has already helped my neck and shoulders so much! It’s firm, but soft. It’s adjustable and offers so much support and comfort. My husband says that I no longer snore. I highly recommend it and would definitely purchase it again.

I love this pillow! It is higher than most pillows shaped like this, and I need the extra height it provides. I've been using this pillow for three months now and haven't noticed any change in firmness, unlike some other foam pillows which soften and become less supportive with use. I do wish it came in a standard size, as the queen is too big for my current pillowcases. Perhaps in time the manufacturer will sell it in other sizes. I love this pillow anyway, and I also appreciate its affordable price. I'm very happy with this pillow!

Try it! This is the 4th pillow of this style I’ve tried, and it delivers where the others failed. I have a completely straight neck from whiplash, and this brings major relief. It would be 5 stars, but I’m petite, so it’s a little large for my small shoulder-to-head ratio. Still highly recommend!

Has really helped my back, shoulder and neck pain. I have suffered for a long time and my PT assistant suggested this. I tried it and so glad I did. It’s not perfect, but it’s a huge improvement over a standard pillow and gives better support where needed. There are three inserts and you can remove one to adjust right height. I removed the middle one and sleep in the lower part of the pillow. It’s helped. There is also a travel size available for purchase that I can fit into my suitcase of traveling.

After suffering a pinch nerve in my neck from the horrible pillows I had, it was time to look for something new and hopefully a good night's sleep as a bonus (being an insomniac). A side sleeper I am, like a dolphin jumping out of the water every 10-15mins tossing and turning, my neck just couldn't take it anymore... After tons of reviews and having a travel pillow from back in the days with a similar shape, I gave this one a go... I haven't needed to remove the inner layer at all... First 2 nights I tried sleeping with the largest curve forward (4inchs) but the pinched nerve in neck was still not happy and kinda made it worse... Flipped the pillow around (3inchs) forward and have been having the best nights sleep since... Been using for almost a month and the pinch nerve in my neck is almost gone... Love the fact it fits in a regular queen size pillow case so I can keep the pillow clean and not have to tamper with it (removing the case it's in) and just wash the queen size pillow case with the rest of my bedding... I love the fact the pillow also has these really cool air vents too, so the pillow always stays nice and cool as well... Will be buying for mom, dad and rest of family who need a good night's sleep. Last but not least... This pillow and manufacture are legit... Quality materials, great packaging and even comes with an instructions card... I don't know who posted pictures of the pillows falling part or looking like Styrofoam but that's not this pillow or from this manufacturer... I was afraid that this pillow being vaccumed sealed and rolled will be crappy and not fluff out or popout and achieve the shape it's supposed to like the pictures show (like so many other pillows out there these days), but it's high quality all the way... I truly am happy with this company/pillow and will be buying more... Not a paid review but an honest customer who was feed up of crappy pillows and paid/discounted reviews... This pillow is the real deal!!!

Pros: the foam is comfortable and firm. Seems like high quality. I like the stability of the thickness—doesn’t change through the night. Cons: the pillow does not stay flat for me, it rolls up like a hot dog bun. This is annoying but doesn’t seem to effect my sleep. But, it does cause the pillow to seem to move towards the headboard. My usage: I removed the middle layer to adjust the thickness. I am a back and side sleeper and use a full face CPAP mask. I don’t have any problems lying on my side, don’t feel like I am “sinking” into the fill with this pillow. Rating: I deducted two stars based on the annoying rolling effect described above.

I’ve tried so many pillows over the years and this one is literally the only one i wake up with no pain. It is firm enough to give the support I need but soft enough to not hurt my hard cartilage ears. Doesn’t make me sweat either and the smell dissipated after airing it out in the bathroom for 2 days. Highly recommend! New favorite pillow

I needed a good firm pillow for neck support because I always sleep on my side. I had been sleeping on a My Pillow for many years and I love it and recommend it, but felt I needed something firmer and that didn't shift while sleeping. This is a good replacement. It's very large (my pillow barely fits it), has the perfect firmness for a memory foam pillow, and I like that's adjustable. It has a bump on one side and a larger one on the other for whichever is most comfortable for you. It's not lightweight, but it's not cumbersome. I'm glad I bought it. I really needed it, and can tell a difference in my neck stiffness being better now.

One of the best pillows I've ever bought! I have nick pain as I work for 8 hours before my PC. I also have slipped nick disk and when I bought this I didn't like it for the 1st night then, I removed one layer and here you go! Very comfortable Its been a week now since I bought and I do recommend trying it

The item I received is definitely not UTTU and does not match the description. Height is not adjustable, and foam has a strong smell to it.
