You need to read this as I do not see other feedbacks are fair
I'm not active in leaving feedbacks, but I usually leave a feedback if I see necessity.This time, I feel myself responsible to leave the correct feedback since the other 2 that I have seen are not fair.I read the negative feedbacks but honestly was not convinced because I had a similar one earlier.What I read in the this cam specifications got all what I wished to have in the earlier one.So I decided to take the risk and try it.I believe I was right about it, this is probably the best door cam that one can have, if your door is already equipped with the hole.All others suffer from the battery. I also suffered a lot from changing the batteries in my previous one.This one has a rechargeable battery that is over 1000 mah. Good enough to last more than the others by far.But what's more in it is .... it comes with 2 batteries and universal charger. Wow, so I charge an extra one to replace once the 1st is over and so one.The most difficulty that you may face is the universal charge. It is mean to charge many types of batteries and not this one only.Although this is very good for me, as I can use it to charge other batteries, but for some one who does no know how to fix the battery inside this changer, might be a little hassle. But its not a big deal.You just need to move the pins to fit the position of poles on the battery and then squeeze the battery into the charger.The choice of taking a photo or a video is a very good feature as it saves on the battery if to use the photo one.More over the designer has thought of everything, even small details.One of the major challenges in the previous one is its ability to rotate with time and use, which ended up with cutting the tiny ribbon cable between the cam and the screen.This does not happen in this design, The cam is glued to the door, yet the screen is fixed through 2 screws, in a horizontal manner, so it would not rotate.Truly, this thing have all what you need, a cam, photo or video, auto-detect on/off (to save on battery), a ring bill, micro-SD, 2-rechargable batteries, voice recording ..etcWhat else one would need or ask for !!! by the way, the brochure is in English as well... English and Chinese.

But a little trial and error works fine.
it seems to work as advertised so far no problems it takes a little practise toprogram it correctly and since the instructions were created in China eventhough they are printed in english they are somewhat difficult to follow.But a little trial and error works fine.

Could be better
its helpful but not 100% good the bright light of the day interfere with a good view and at night is not so good either. Advertise does exaggerate the quality of the product

The battery does not last as much as I would like too, however
I bought this over a year ago and still going very well. The battery does not last as much as I would like too, however, having the recharger is a big plus, so I just rotate them once one battery dies. The picture looks great, even at night, and I can adjust it easily.I'm buying the card (mine did not come with one at that time).

Great device! Installed in the hole for a standard peephole in my door with no problems. There are even 2 batteries so one can charge for the next time you need one. The only difficult I have is getting the memory card out of the unit without removing the unit from the door.

A "BIG" Disappointment!!
Product did not work at all, very, very, very dissatisfied! Was really looking forward to experiencing the wide angle viewing, but to no avail, nothing!!

Not even a nice try.
Junk. Records no activity but doesn't record activity. Menu is erratic. Screen sucks. Anybody want to buy it from me?
