I love spearmint and how Plant Therapy has captured that wonderful scent and put it in a small bottle is awesome. Its not overpowering and it stays with you all day long, I put it on my neck, temples, and chest area, It works. When something negative would happen at work, I would get this spearmint scent all of a sudden and I would automatically turn the negative into a positive without even knowing it. Some co-workers likes to bring drama into the work place and loves to bring others down with them, so when I turned their negative drama into a positive outlook, they were pissed. Awesome!! I have been using plant therapy essential oils for a few years now. My friend told me about them and I am hooked. I use them in my diffuser, in roller balls, as a mist mixed with water. I like the quality and value. I have used doterra and young living oils and see really the same results. I am very happy with the quality and variety of scents available. I will continue to purchase these oils have suggested them to friends as well.

Besides using this essential oil for my diffuser, I use it to freshen up my home. We have great cooks in the family and unfortunately, I have a very strong nose. I love eating delicious food but I hate how the house smells afterwards. I fill a mason jar halfway with baking soda, add a generous amount of essential oil, and I'll either close the jar and shake it or use a spoon to mix it all together. I make sure it's the consistency of moistened sand. The essential oil really livens up my house and gets rid of any offending scents in my home. I do this because it's a much safer option compared to the air fresheners they sell at the stores.

I add 2-3 drops in a tea cup of hot water to drink as a mint tea. When it arrived, I added a few drops to the back of my hand and tasted it...YUCK. But realizing that this is concentrated, and that I would not be (and should not be) consuming it this way on a regular basis, I added it to a cup of hot water. The taste is clean and refreshing. I like to drink it after lunch to clean my palate and have fresh breath naturally. Caution - I highly recommend using a glass, ceramic, or porcelain cup. I had put several drops in the styrofoam coffee cups at work, and each time the spearmint oil burned a whole right through the cup. I had put the oil in after I had filled the cup with water and within seconds holes began to develop around the water line and I could literally pull and separate the top part of the cup. I did not drink it. Now I have more appreciation and respect for the power of this concentrated oil.
