such a fun read!
it's a great book if you want a fun quick read. The world of elfhame is so addicting, Oak is a fun protagonist. Not as good as Cardan but it's a fun duology nonetheless. If you loved The Folk of the Air series you will definitely enjoy this one.

Very enjoyable!
Compared to the stolen heir, I enjoyed this book a lot more. I think it took me a while to actually get into the story of Oak and Wren, which is why I found the stolen heir difficult to read. However I enjoyed reading this book a lot more and I love both Oak and Wren. It was also great to see Jude and Cardan and see what they were like years later.

Worth the wait!!!!!
Got literally chills at the end of the book. Overall an amazing read, with a nice touch of Cardon’s jokes and sarcasm, mushy mushy live between Cardon & Jude. The book will keep you in suspense till the end. Go for it!!!!!!!
