I love to use this stuff for my daughter’s diaper rashes! It works perfectly and heals them up so quickly as well! Definitely a lifesaver for someone who has a child with sensitive skin and is prone to more rashes because it helps alleviate the pain quickly by speeding up the healing process! I make sure to always have back up on hand around the house and in the baby bag just in case it is ever needed!

This is my go to first aid creme antibiotic. I take a tube with me when I travel overseas. I also like the pain relief which is great for burn type wounds. I prefer the creme to the ointment because the ointment seems to be a bit oily to me.

I tried this after trying a prescribed cortisone steroid-cream for "No-see-ums" bites (aka midges) while on vacation. I had never heard of them before or seen them, and by the time you realize you have multiple bites (cause you don't feel the bites either) you end up with large welts on your body that itch like crazy. I tried other over the counter meds too which did not help. Finally I found Neosporin which has triple antibiotics, stopped the itching and pain. Up until then I couldn't even wear shorts in 90 degree temps cause my legs looked like I had leprosy or something like that. I have used it since on minor cuts or scrapes & they clear up pretty quick.

This is great stuff, I like the cream, its blends in and not greasy.
