Good traps and a good price for a lot of them
These are a great deal for how many you get. I have stuck them all over to help get the fungus gnat issue with my plants under control. You need to handle both the adults and the larvae or the adults will just start over the problem again. JUST traps won't solve it- you need to go after BOTH the adults and the larvae. Larvae can be killed in a few ways. Nematodes, mosquito bits, and peroxide in the soil. These are great for adults. They have a layer to peel off on both sides. You can hang them or put them into the soil with the spikey bit on the bottom. I put mine into the soil on several of my pots in my plant shelf to make sure there would be a good chance of catching as many as I could. I couldn't find spots to hang them without the sticky making contact with things I didn't want sticky. They have been in place for a day or so and already are catching the gnats on them quite efficiently. They are a great way to have MANY traps to place around when trying to get a fungus gnat issue under control. Highly recommend. They are also a useful way to monitor for them returning once they are gone. After I get rid of them I will continue placing them around to keep an eye out for the start of a new problem before I lose plants- I lost one and that was how I figured out there was a problem. The gnats are pretty small and good at hiding and you don't realize until it's too late that there are a lot and your plants are dying.

Cost effective!
For the same price of 12 at Walmart, you get 58. They are suuuuper sticky and I obviously didn’t realize how much of a fungus knat problem I had. Super easy to use. Very effective. Flies are super attracted to them. The butterfly shape is super cute. Double sided is super nice.

Pretty Sticky
Must have when you’re trying to battle fungus gnats. They work well to actually catch a lot of flying insects easily. I think because they are bright yellow and maybe their shape. Not very aesthetically pleasing but neither are fungus gnats. Easily remove to change them out to different versatile pots. I even use them with my semi-hydro setups.

Best $6.00 I’ve ever spent on my plants!
Made the mistake of purchasing some “premium” potting soil and it ended up being contaminated with fungus fly larvae. House got over run with the little buggers and I had to put most of my seedlings outside. Was looking for a solution and found these on Amazon and within 24 hours the traps were covered with the little gnats. Very easy to use, just peel the paper backing off and either place them in the soil or hang them with the included twist ties. Just as easy to remove and throw out once the traps are full. They remained effective even after getting wet from heavy rain that blew into my screened in porch. Also used some Neem Oil spray to kill the remaining larvae in the soil.

Gets the job done
Working good for these pesky plant gnats I really think miracle grow selling soil with eggs in them cause I repotted and now their back. I'm glad I found this product, good quality and they are cute with their butterfly shapes. You get a lot at a great price. Just peel the sticker and insert.

They work well
Sticky and attract fungus flies well. Within a few days you’ll see the surface covered with them on both sides.

Good value
Traps work decently well and catch a lot of bugs. However, a couple times, I have seen gnats land on the trap and still be able to fly away. Overall, good value for the money.

don't like the hole but it's heavy duty!
These are high quality sticky traps to catch bugs. I’ve used a cheaper version purchased from a different manufacturer, and didn’t realize how much better they could be. These are quite thick, and quite sticky. No escaping for the little gnats! I think I will even catch flies with these. The not-explained part of this product is that it comes with a hole on the top where you can string the little wires (that come with the package) through and hang them. I rather they had the hold on the bottom, non sticky part so it’s easier to handle. Either way, I’m don’t need to hang these anywhere, and just want to stake them down in the pots. So I’m not too happy with the holes that I don’t need. Would have rather caught 2 more gnats. So while I think I received an item different from what was advertised, I guess I got more than less. After leaving these out overnight, they are already scattered with gnats. Happy with the purchase!

Works well
They work really well and it's great value with so many in the packet. Fungus gnats have stuck to them and numbers finally reduced. I wish they were made of an eco friendly material though not plastic that has to go in the bin
