New Upgraded 380UT 375UT Universal Remote Control Replace Liftmaster Garage Door Opener, Compatible with 375lm New Liftmaster Door Remote Control, 2-Piece Package

I have a requirement for one remote to control two different products, each with their own communication protocol. I tried two remote control products and could not get them to work after a lot of effort. I was advised to try this product and I made the right choice and do so. Progamming my Liftmaster garage opener was easy, just press the learn button (yellow) on the Liftmaster and the button I wanted to assign to it on the remote. I was concerned about how to program the community gate. I saw one of the codes in the Universal Remote instructions was for a Linear Megacode 318 MHz, which matched to description on the back of the community gate remote control. Standing by the community gate, I pressed the program button on the Universal Remote and the button I wanted to assign with code identified in the instructions. The gate instantly beeped and the gate opened. I definitely recommend this product if you have the garage, gate, etc. devices identified in the documentation.

First remote quality is not great. It is cheap plastic but acceptable. However it is not same as 380UT as it did not work with liftmaster garage opener when the original 380UT I had was able to connect. So there are compatibility issues
