Effective and good value for money car battery charger
The charger is very easy to set up and to use for traditional or stop start car batteries. I’ve used it to charge a battery from 80% to 100% and then keep it on trickle charge. Very happy with it.

It's a really good and simple to use piece of kit
Have used it to charged multiple cars now including two start/stop engines. Have used all 3 mode (normal/agm/recondition) as I've used it to recondition an older car battery now and everything appears to be working as it should. A required tool especially if you are in lockdown for several months and may not drive your car very often since you might be working from home.CTEK have videos on their website to show you how to use it, but there isn't much to it as it's mainly plug and play and knowing which mode to use which is self explanatory. Hardest part would be knowing where your battery is in your car, or the battery charging connection points are (some BMW for instance you don't connect to the battery directly). Very simple to use.Can be used to 'jump start' your car if you need it relatively soonish but it depends on how much battery you had left, otherwise you would still need to leave in on charge for up to 30 minutes before driving to jump start it.It estimates how long you have left to charge on your car but it's not very accurate. It is safe to keep your car battery connected 24-7 so it really isn't an issue most of the time. You'd probably have to leave it connected for a day to allow it to fully charge anyhow.Knocking it down a star for being very expensive. Prices fluctuates quite a bit from £70 to almost £100. Probably still worth it if you have multiple or more expensive cars sitting the garage.

Top of its game
I was advised that the ctek battery charger was by far the best, so I took the plunge and bought one. Wow a charger that can be easily plugged into the 12v port on the car to charge or maintain the battery, what a game changer. It even tells you how long it will take to charge and when you could attempt a start.

Excellent device
Fast, efficient and really easy to use. Plug it in, check back occasionally - it tells you how long is left and away you go.

Great Quality
Needed a charger for my Mercedes which during the cold spell was not being used and tended to run low every couple of weeks. did my research and because of the stop/start technology bought this. You select AGM plug it in and let it do its thing. Nice and simple and works a treat.

Cheap plug
They used a cheap Chinese plug with a cheap plastic earth pin. The earth pin broke off, all the needed to do was use a metal pin. You take these outside and bring dropped on concrete was too much for it. Customer support at CTEK did very little to help. So poor product and poor customer service - and I waited to give them a chance before submitting this!
