Don't take this product unless you like having diarrhea.
I started taking Belly Flush on a Sunday night. After having diarrhea for 3 days, I had to stop because I needed to travel. One I got to my destination, I started taking it again. After having diarrhea for several more days, I gave up. Even though I drank a lot of water, I became extremely tired. Don't believe the hype or nicely-produced infomercial. It might work well for some people; it wasn't worth the inconvenience for me. I'll look for something else.

Works great. At beginning flushed me out. Since then keeps me steady every day. No stomach discomfort and no taste. Has helped me lose some weight. Pants fit loose. Good for suppressing my appetite

BM support
This is a great product if you need BM support. I have recommended it to several friends and most agree that it does exactly what you want it to do. A few have not had relief but they had underlying issues that may have been the culprit. If you just need to be regular and want help, try this! But stay close to the bathroom the first couple days, at least I had too!!!
