The Inus N21 bidet toilet seat has been a huge comfort and convenience boost. It was really easy to install myself in under 30 minutes, and the fit on my elongated toilet was spot on. The warm water and adjustable seat temp feel great, especially in the mornings. I like the self-cleaning stainless steel nozzle—feels more hygienic. The eco mode is a nice bonus too. The touch panel is simple, and even the kids use it easily with the kid mode.

When I moved into my empty nest, one of the first things I knew I needed was a bidet that wasn’t just mechanical. And this was an Amazon prime day deal. I have had this now for 2 1/2 years. It’s a workhorse. Every once in a while, it gets a little Jenkee, but really it’s super consistent. The seat warmer is good. The Washing is good. There is a variety of options for position and strength. Do yourself a favor though and skip the dryer model. The air dryer is nice to warm up your bum if you just came in from outdoors and it was cold. But it is not going to dry you off in anyway. it won’t even blow the drips off your rear lol. I use the remote attached to the cabinet next to my toilet. Easy to clean with an auto or manual mode. I’ve even had to disassemble and move to another apartment and reassemble this. No problems.

I ordered this after putting a cheaper bare bones model in a part time residence. This was quite easy to install - instructions aren't great but it is all pretty straightforward and they included drawings to get you there. I was pleased that the plumbing connections are made out of stainless steel - they are solid and seem substantial. The features are really impressive. Water temp can be heated to a nice level (note that you have to have a power supply near the unit to plug it in). The direction of the spray can be adjusted which is a nice feature that the cheaper models can't include. I don't really care about the heated seat but if you do, it will heat that too. If I have one improvement, it would be to make the spray just a bit stronger. This one is adequate - just takes an extra couple of seconds.I was skeptical about Bidet use, but after about twice it is now a necessity. You don't realize how broken the old way is until you try a bidet. I can highly recommend this unit.

I really love this bidet. It was super easy to install (assuming you have power close by) and it works like a champ. My only very minor complaint is that the spray nozzle has 5 preset lengths and if you need something in between, you have to scoot forward or backward on the seat. Not a big deal and for the money this unit is packed with features. I would definitely buy again. It came with everything I needed to install it, although you will need a couple wrenches.
