These are pretty handy; I especially like the mini whiteboard and the pen that comes with it.But the times and temps on the charts look good to me and correspond to the time and temps I've been using in the air fryer mode of my Ninja Speedi, and are actually closer to reality than the ones in the Speedi manual in many cases!Either way, the charts give good starting points so you can find what best suits your air fryer.

When I started air frying I had the biggest problem with over cooking meats every time I used it. This chart has a ton of info and for the most part the times it suggested did work to solve my problem, but for the price I could just as easily printed a list from somewhere online and could hang it on my fridge with another magnet or tape. This comes with a square that you could use for notes, and it comes with a magnetized dry erase marker so you can make your own adjustments and the unit itself is one big magnet. Having the multiple pieces and magnetized this would probably be cheaper than buying each piece individually. I suggest purchasing this if you are buying new cooking devices or as gifts for those just starting out. It is nice to have for the amount of information it does provide.
