This is overall a decent supplement with a nice assortment of ingredients with some research-backed benefits for vision health. However, keep in mind that this does NOT have standardized Saffron, meaning there is no guarantee of how much Lepticrosalides are being provided to you. Lepticrosalides are the bioactive compound that is responsible for Saffron's researched benefits, so taking unstandardized Saffron is kind of a gamble as to whether or not it will actually have sufficient Lepticrosalides to have any impact. I removed one star for this, as there are myriad standardized Saffron supplements available and I do not understand why this product has overlooked this key factor. As such, I would not recommend choosing this particular supplement solely for the Saffron. If you want everything else included, go for it, but you will want to look for a standardized option for Saffron.

Mom couldn't take it easily then at all

These are wonderful for anyone. It isn't a bad thing to take even if your vision is perfect right now to keep it that way. My optometrist recommended I take them. They said it can help a wide variety of conditions as well as just general health for your eyes. I've had no issues with these as far as taste or nausea after. They're easy to swallow, too.

I don’t know if it will help

I’ve been taking these for a week. I’m not noticing a difference in my clarity but I’ve taken eye vitamins in the past and they took several weeks before I noticed a difference. But these arrived double sealed and seem fresh. And I haven’t had any adverse reactions in the week I’ve been taking them.

This is my review for NATION HEALTH MD Vision Nutri Complex .I am always looking for the perfect supplement for vision health. There are a lot of vision supplements out there that have great formulas. This is one of them! The ingredients are all science backed to be excellent support for vision health. Saffron is a recent addition to the science for vision health as well as Lutein. Although the Lutein in this formula is a little on the weak side. I found the capsule to be standard size of most other brands. I did not experience any digestive distress. One bottle has a 30 day supply. Thirty days is not quite enough to get a good idea how well i t worked for you. We are all different and we all have different needs. Another important thing I look for is the trustworthiness and creditability of a brand by the following points. I look for 3rd party lab tested supplements. I look for the certification of their manufacturing facility to be GMP compliant. I look for non GMO ingredients. I look for where the brand is based and if there is contact information for them other than a vague email. One thing I found kind of odd about this brand was the question I found in the FAQs. The question was "How Long Has Nation Health MD Been in Business?". The answer was "While we don't have specific information about the founding date......" Overall this Vision supplement has a decent formula but I would not order this again due to the lack of transparency and information that would tell me that this brand has credibility and is trustworthy. .

The capsules arrived fresh and didn’t expire until 2026. The capsules are 0.905 inch long/2.3 cm long & have a circumference of 0.826 inch/2.1 cm. I have trouble swallowing any capsule or pill, so needless to say, haven’t even attempted to swallow these behemoths. Thankfully, these capsules are easy to open and consume in yogurt. The taste of the powder isn’t the greatest (This is a weird comparison, but I think the powder smells like a shoe store), but when mixed into flavored yogurt, it’s edible. I just finished the bottle and I haven’t noticed any changes in my vision, positive or negative. That’s not to say they haven’t been effective, however, for when it comes to eye health, maintaining the status quo is often the desired outcome. I like that this supplement contains a few extra ingredients compared to similar products on the market (Bilberry, Eyebright extract & Saffron). The bottle doesn’t say anything about being produced in an approved facility, but the capsules are produced in the USA, using a mix of foreign ingredients and domestic. Overall, the price for what you get is pretty high, when compared to similar products on the market (at the time of this review, a month supply costs $47.97 USD). Would I order again at the current price? I personally wouldn’t. If you have some money to spare, I could see this being a potential good investment to your health, just due to the additional eye enhancing ingredients it offers.
