I've been using this bidet for about a year as well as my entire family and it works great it's easy to clean easy to install I love this this is not our first bidet in the house it's the second or third one and I find they get about a 5-year life span before they need to be replaced I will absolutely come back to this particular one every time moving forward

I don't know why I waited so long!! Get this seat now! It was super easy to install. And having a heated seat makes it worth getting up multiple times in the night. Even if I am in another part of the house, I will head to this one. It's like a warm hug on your backside. The bidet is nice too, easy to use. The water is not warm. So, it is a little surprise at times. For the price and ease of use, definitely worth it.

We sure have come a long way from outhouse. This is my first bidet and I must say its a great starter bidet. Install was simple and we havent had any leaks in almost a year. It has a bifercating junction at the supply line that separates the bidet water supply from the toilet water supply. The bidet is concealed in its own housing with a little door like a cuckoo clock. When seated the controls are on the right. Turning it forward controls the "rear" cleaning, and turning it backwards controls the "front" cleaning. It seems like the the settings should be the other way around, so turning it to the rear controls the "rear". The more you turn it either way controls the velocity of water. It has a blue night light which does not allow you to control the brightness, but it can be switched on or off. The seat has a glorious heating which makes such a difference in the winter months. It has 3 heat settings and an off setting. We keep it on the highest setting during the winter and slowly adjust down as the seasons change. No more cringe of warm skin hitting a freezing cold seat. I have noticed that the heat does evaporate the toilet water slightly, but it hasn't caused any problems. I highly recommend this and the price is really great compared to other bidets. The heated seat alone is worth purchasing.

Pretty easy to setup. Once you go bidet you can’t go back, all homes should have these. It’s my first one so I can’t compare it to others but overall im very happy with the purchase.
