Safety 1st - Secure-to-Explore Adhesive Cabinet Locks Baby Proofing, Child Locks for Cabinets and Drawers (4 Locks), White

I was hesitant to use any safety thing that's adhesive, however these are now my favorite cabinet/drawer locks. The install is just brilliant and so incredibly easy. I did the entire set of these in less than 15 minutes, upstairs and downstairs. They function very well and I love the twist to unlock/lock feature. The amount I got for this price did every drawer and cabinet I needed to secure. Absolutely worth it. They seem strong so far, and we'll see with time how the adhesive holds up, BUT they come with screws and holes in the brackets if the adhesive fails and you need screws. I didn't see this when I bought them and I'm very happy that option exists if I need to use screws on them in the future. I'd 100% buy these again.

I purchased these to pet prevent my bathroom cabinets. I installed 6 of these latches in less than 15 minutes (including ‘figuring it out’ as a ‘who needs instructions guy’ LOL). Highly recommended!

These have worked very well for my son although the adhesive fell off on a couple after a few months so we ended up having to screw them in which was a nice option to have as back up. My favorite part is the option to have them unlocked for if my toddler isn’t awake or we have guest over they don’t have to worry about trying to get in the baby proof locks

Upgrading my review to 4 stars. Can’t find anything better for cabinets and drawers. We have some very persistent toddlers who love to go into chimpanzee mode when I’m trying to cook or organize things. They also love to open and close things with a slam over and over, causing headaches for the rest of us. These latches are a lifesaver, and I love that I can twist them to disengaged mode when I want to. I’m sure I’ll be ordering and using these until our kiddos outgrow their chimpanzee phase. Most effective cabinet/drawer lock we’ve purchased for the kitchen and toddlers haven’t been able to open. However, they become brittle after frequent use, and several have broken off. I don’t recall how long ago we installed these, but I purchased 4 months ago and they’re breaking already.

These are great for every house where children live or visit. What I like most about these is how easy they switch to being unlocked which is perfect for a grandparent who may not want the latch on for all cabinets all the time. For chemicals I keep them in the locked position but for other cabinets that I only want to lock when my grand kids are over I keep them unlocked and the turn them to locked when they visit. Also they are super easy to install

These are SO easy to install. They're quite genius. Chose these over the magnetic ones because I didn't want to fetch the key to open every time. HOWEVER! I panicked upon installing one on a spice rack drawer directly under the countertop because I couldn't get my fingers in to unlock it! (See picture.) I had to slide a knife in to unlock it because I literally couldn't fit my fingers in. The countertop was "in the way". Our counters overhang 1.5" and the space between the cabinet and countertop is also 1.5". So beware if you also have new cabinets with these measurements! This fits fine on one of our regular cabinet doors located underneath a drawer (so no countertop overhang) but it still seems a little hard or awkward to open because you can't pull it all the way out to get your fingers in. It needs a little "give". So you can barely open the door to slide your fingers in to push the lock down. This is hard to describe. I think this could use some design help for sure! Or maybe it's me... Maybe I need thinner, longer fingers. ;)

Starts out great. Locks drawer well. Apparently they have no one testing their products though. Our little girl is 3 and half of our locks are broken already just from regular kitchen drawer and cabinet use. Hard mounting doesn't seem to matter because the long plastic stem is what keeps snapping from regular use. Our daughter is very much in her exploring phase and so now I have to invest in new locks with some other brand. I will never use this brand again now, nor will I ever recommend them for such a basic flaw. I want to specify thay these were installed when our only daughter started walking. They did not last long enough for her and they won't ever last long enough for any additional children as well. I can only guess that there haven't been enough parents to come back and leave a review or update one after there's started breaking too.

Super easy to install. You don’t need to use the screws it comes with, the sticky tape is enough. I thought I’d need a Powertool so I didn’t put them in right away but once I opened it I saw it totally works without the screws. Took 2 minutes. Works like a charm.

These do not work if the cabinet is under a counter with an overhand, or under a drawer with a thick front. The door doesn’t open enough to get your finger inside and push the latch down. Save yourself the hassle of having to scrape all the adhesive off if your kitchen is like mine.

This product works amazing! We have them on all of our cupboards and they have lasted for 3 years with no issues.
