I bought this for my 2-week trip to Italy. The reviews seemed worth it and I needed a way to smooth out my linen wardrobe! This was the best purchase ever! Totally worth every penny! My sister used it as well on her wedding outfit and it does work exactly as it says! Within seconds the wrinkles melt away with steam! Super easy to use and it's lightweight. I did not check a bag, so I bought the hard-sided travel case separately to prevent damage and it fit perfectly in my backpack! Highly recommend to anyone traveling, especially for business or a wedding and you need your clothes to looked dry-cleaned and pressed! This will get the job done!

I've tried many portable clothes steamers but this one is excellent! It heats up quickly, works very well, and removes wrinkles and refreshes clothes with ease. Best steamer I have ever used. Used in Europe for every piece of clothing and worked brilliantly. I prefer using the high steam on a surface (even the bed at a hotel) and it worked perfectly. Packs well, is not small, but at the same time, smaller than a pair of sneakers. I sometimes even prefer it over my iron at home.

Cute and compact. Easy to use. Works well on linen in the steam mode. Offers nice steam but small water chamber which is good for travel. It does take awhile to cool down so allow the time before packing- eek

This steamer is my go to travel item! As someone who has had clothing ruined by hotel irons and hates wrinkles, I purchased this steamer for a trip almost 2 years ago and it has traveled the world with me since. It is more expensive than others on the market, but it's worth every cent! It works on all voltages, heats up really fast and the steam output is strong. It's extremely well made. I have never had any water leaks and it collapses nicely to fit into a carry on. I recently had issues with mine not producing steam after a lot of use and reached out to customer service. They could not have been nicer and rush shipped a new one to me for it to arrive before I leave on my next holiday. (Thank you Jaina! You're the best!). World Travelers, if you buy one thing for your next trip, make it this!

I’m so impressed with this steamer. I’ve used several steamers over the years, and this is hands-down the best one I’ve tried. Steaming clothes is usually something I dread, but this was actually so easy and satisfying to use that I started with a couple of items and then kept pulling more things out of my closet just to see what else I could steam. It heats up quickly, works really well, and I love that it can be used as both a steamer and an iron. I often avoid wearing something or put it back in my closet if it needs to be steamed, but this is so quick and easy that I know I won’t hesitate anymore. I was honestly excited by how well it worked, and I know I’ll be steaming my clothes much more often now that I have this. Customer service was also excellent. They responded quickly, were very easy to work with, and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Overall, I highly recommend this steamer.

At first I didn't like this. But the more I use it, the more i love it. It takes about 20 sec to warm up, select you desired preset and go. Easy to use. I have not traveled with it as of yet, but will be bringing it for sure when we travel in a couple of months. I use this more than I use the Iron now. I wish the water tank is a litter bigger as when this gets use, we normally iron 4 to 6 pieces of cloths/dresses. We use the steamer the most on both levels.

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

Update: April 2026 The steamer experienced an issue with the steamer. I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
