Doesn't work with the neewer 600ex-rt (GN 60) for Canon
Purchased it for my multiflash hummingbird flash setup, it doesn't sync with the flashes I have so had to return it, product feels good and also aesthetically looks good on the camera, tried it with a friend's flash and works perfectly fine so not made for me. The instructions are a bit tricky to understand if you don't already know the flash setup, so be prepared to brainstorm your way through it. Otherwise the syncing is perfectly fine with compatible flashes. Rather then buying receiver for this I'll buy the YN E3-RT to sync my EX 600s .

Perfect with the Godox X system flash units
Works perfectly well to convert the Canon EOS ETTL II protocol to the Godox X protocol used by the TT flash units, the AD200 and AD600 studio flashes. It is small and isn't obtrusive when fitted on the hot shoe of the camera. It is better to make the adjustments through the camera interface as the small rotating wheel makes selection of channel and power a little tricky. If the transmitter and receiver are very close ( under 12 inches - 30cms) then sometimes the unit will not fire. Over this distance it works very well.

Very handy
It is what it is. Very handy talks very well with my canon 7D mark II. Much easier to set up than I thought. It connected very well with a 4 light set up.
