ALongSong Resistance Band Set Men with Handle Bar & At home Pilates Bar Workout Equipment, 6 Exercise Bands 50-360LBS Optional & Door Anchor For Home Gym Fitness Equipment

Good set

Just received it a week ago but can't help to write the review. It exceeded my expectations! The quality is great for yhe price and the work outs are really powerful. Lots of free videos on YouTube also and all makes this a fantastic tool to have at home. I would highly recommend.

Totally love this.had for 2 days and only just tried it.excellent for when I can't get to the gym.can add extra bands as I progress.does all types of muscle exercise.doesnt matter how tall or short you are as you can adjust the length .... only silly question I have is about the sponge roller ....take it you can put on bar for neck support ...please get back to me on this thanks

Despite the pink aesthetic I decided to use this as a 25M. I found it very functional and as a beginner gave it a real go. The bar is easy to assemble simply screwing it together and the resistance bands set up is very easy, the clips are not difficult to manoeuvre at all. The resistance bands to begin with are good, I initially paired the lightest and medium weights together and just reconfigured as needed and had a good time. Pair this with some free weights and some body weight equipment and you can have a functional home gym workout!

Comes very nicely boxed so would make a great gift for someone just getting into home fitness. Value for money I feel as everything is very wwll made and built to last Comes with everything shown and all work very well indeed. Packs away well due to size and will really help my at home fitness. Live this set

looks cute but legit did not give me the muscle tension or training that I expected. like at all. how tall do u think I am because the lengths of those ropes were not taut even at my height of 170cm.

Bands feel good quality and not like they are going to break. The connecting system of the bar is secure and tight, screw on style. Works well and comes with a stretch band and roller. Love it
