Best sausage
Best flavor and I love vinegar and they are very vinegary they also are not chewy almost melt in the mouth my favorite. Would buy them by the case if they sold them that way.

Dose not deserve bad review they're just not amazing to me... I got them because some reviewer said they are like Penrose... THEY ARE NOT!!! They are harder thiner less punch! Its more meaty sausage flavor than that vinegar pickled flavor that I was expecting. They are really nothing familiar it is its own thing... if you're looking for pickled sausage it's not bad if you're reading the reviews and expecting it to taste like something else it doesn't

My only problem with these, the ones I got were a bit mushy but the flavor made up for it. EDIT: almost done with jar, I think the texture is normal and fine with the flavor. If you're a brine sipper this stuff will vinegar ye. The sausage flavor is reminiscent of 5l1m J1ms and the brine is a wonderful vinegar brine. This brine doesn't turn to jelly when cold but it is amazing flavor. I've also had Bay View Pork Hocks and those were great across the board.

Misleading picture, pickles are tiny.
Photo is super misleading. Sausages taste okay. They're also tiny. Way overpriced at 15 dollars and not at all filling.
