I was pretty skeptical, but these things really do zap small zits 90% of the time! They work the best on bumps that are close to the surface (not cystic) and if you catch them early.

They're thin, sheer, soft, smooth, discreet, and amazing! They form a protective barrier over the pimple to keep you from touching it and messing with it, like I am always tempted to do, and they allow it to heal and clear up, while flattening and smoothing it out to make it virtually unnoticeable. I wish I had known about them sooner. They are such a cool invention!! I've tried this brand and another one that I ordered at the same time from Amazon, and they are both great and almost the same, but I would say that this one is a little bit thinner and flatter, still, like it has a little less of a slightly upraised bump of medicine or whatever active ingredient they use in the middle, so if that matters to you, this is definitely a smooth, flat virtually undetectable pimple patch.

I love everything about these ones!! I’ve tried several but none were really in comparison to these. They stick better all around the outside edges so nothing gets in, they draw stuff out in almost immediately! I have nothing at all bad to say about the product. They even sent me a free 36 pc pack coupon to scan in a get more, but even though the coupon has no expiration date at all on the coupon, it still says that it’s expired after a few months of it not being used which is really disappointing. I went to put my order ID in and it says this had expired from seller so that’s not cool at all, especially when there is literally nothing on the coupon that was sent an expiration date…

This is the best product of this type that I have used. Plan to get more

I have adult acne i have tried over 25 different brands/ styles of acne dots from pharmacy styles to buying on amazon. These are my favorite by far!!!!! Most acne dots do not work well on deep nodule and cycstic acne (the microneedle styles in other brands sometimes help but its hit or miss). I have fairly sensative skin and its oily in places dry in others. These dots do not irritate the skin; more the opposite within 20 minutes of putting the dots on the pain from my inflamed acne was gone. Within 48 hours my acne had either receeded or come to a head and was healing. They also lasted a pretty long time before they needed to be changed (for me 10 hours on an avg day). They are lightweight, flexible, breathable and pretty much invisible on skin. If you do want to wear makeup over it thats fine too; tried it myself no issues still felt breathable and the dots being a matte material were a bit shiny so i reccomend usibg poweder on it of some kind with watever other makeup you choose to use. they were easy to cover. I love the material the dots are made of they dont even feel like a band aid; they feel even lighter. They stick pretty well id give adhesion 8/10 overall. My only reccomendation to the company is to offer an additional size of the dots that is even larger for people like myself who have some very large deep acne but for now if needed i just use two dots for coverage on those. Ordering more right away. I dont do reveiws much but i know the awful struggles of acne (ive had it for decades; seen 3 different dermatoligists, tried pro active and accutane). I did receive a derma angel specific coupon for completing a reveiw however i would have written one reguardless. I wanted to be very detailed and honest in my experience in hopes this might help yall too; theres so much product out there that claims to help acne that doesnt and so much trial and error and pain and $$money spent for many of us dealing with acne just hoping sharing my persspective/ experience with this great product helps Good Luck All.

It work great as it so invisible, hiding the pimple so people won’t notice it there when you wear it going out or to work. So I legit forgot it even in my face lol

I have been purchasing from this brand for approximately over 3 years. I always make sure to have a supply of them since they seem to be in such a demand. When I first started purchasing, they only had the original day/night, 48 count. I love the fact they now have many sizes, for different skin concerns, in larger quantities. This has been the ONLY brand that stays on without peeling. And certainly the best one that camouflages any inflammation or pigmentation. Other brands I have tried, never concealed enough. These are thin and flat, making it blend into the skin without being visibly noticeable. I’ll often forget I have them on, until discovering while washing my face. The best way to put it, this is like my luxury brand of patches. My advice is to order in bulk due to supply and depend. I’m always stressed whenever they are temporarily unavailable. 😅

As much as I wanted this to work for my cystic acne. It didn’t. It actually made my cystic acne look worse after I took the patch off and I realized this is not helping it at all. The only thing I can appreciate about this product is that when the patch is on - my acne is harder to spot. Duh
