the only draw back it is very fine grate, so very good for parmesan ect where you need a fine grated cheese not so good for cheddar where you need a more course grate

Add lots of zest to your life!
A zester is a zester, right? That's what I thought but I was wrong. I had never heard of this brand before using the zester in a patisserie course. I was amazed at how easy it was to use and the amount of zest produced compared to my one at home. I immediately ordered one for myself - well, once I could make up my mind which colour to get! Amusingly, several other attendees on the course were also just as impressed and were going to buy this for themselves too. I'm so pleased with this zester. It is really good quality and now, making lemon tarts is an absolute breeze!

Zests and Grates Effectively - Perfect for Shaving Parmesan and Zesting Citrus
The Deiss PRO Citrus Zester & Manual Cheese Grater is an excellent option if you're looking for a good budget-friendly zester that shaves cheese, citrus, and other foods effectively. The zester is well made with and comfortable handle, a wide zesting plane, and uniformly spaced openings. The shavings that come out of the zester are thin, fine, and uniformly sized. The zester comes with a plastic cover that protects the shaving plane and a small brush to clean the openings. It's easy to clean, has a small silicone grip at the end of the plane so the zester will not slide around, and the tool is large enough to zest food items quickly, but small enough to store easily in a drawer. It's a great zester that I would purchase again.
