Nice tool. Seems well made. Does the job perfectly.

As I've aged, my older crimpers have required way too much hand strength to complete the cycle, leaving my crimps halfway done and frozen there. Balancing myself on a ladder, it was just about impossible and unsafe, to use two hands to apply the needed pressure to complete the ratchet cycle. This Crimping Tool required less pressure to completely finish the "crimp" easily with only one hand. EXTREMELY satisfied with this tool which allows me to continue working and be independent in my latter years.

Very good product and unexpectedly good quality. The jaws are easy and smooth to change out. The plastic case latches together well and all the pieces fit well into the inner mold.

Happy that I found such a good tool for such a small price.

Made doing large battery cable lugs easy.

I've only used the 10 awg wire with mc4 connections, but this crimper work excellently.

What makes this stand out over the dozens of other copy cat Chinese made MC4 crimpers is the machined jaws. The lower quality ones are cast and the finish can be rough. The ergonomics are better with the angled jaws. This is more subjective but I prefer the shorter grips/handles

Il faut avoir des mains plutôt grandes pour bien saisir la pince , car les 2 bras de la pince ont un fort écartement en mode ouvert. Mais si on s'applique, le sertissage est parfait. Et c'est bien ce qui compte. Testé sur du câble solaire 4mm².
