Bummed.
I purchased two of these, one for each of my twins for christmas (paw patrol & ninja turtles). To start, I'm glad that I put them together a week before christmas because the foam needs 48-72 hours to completely fill out. We've had the pre-assembled foam chairs before, also paid roughly the same price. The difference, as you can tell in the photos, is 1) you are assembling them yourself. The downside is that the support wood doesn't fill out the chair so it's just the seat base and 1/3 of the back. 2) the arm rests have 0 support aside from the foam. Obviously they haven't been gifted yet so I can't comment on the comfortability but I am concerned about the plastic legs. Listing says it holds up to 100lbs and I don't know that I would trust even 50lbs. Overall, not worth the price they're charging. A little late to return and refund as christmas is in 5 days, so I guess my loss. You are better off purchasing the pre-assembled ones for the same price.
