Absolutely beautiful item fits a size 12-14 quality and packaging stunning !!

I bought this to replace my short satin dressing gown, which I bought (from a different company) for a much lower price a couple of years ago. I really liked that, but it was a little small when I bought it, and with illness and the pandemic I've put on a little weight. This one promised it would fit a 54" bust and... I'm glad I'm not quite that voluptuous, I do not think it would have fit, but I am a size 16/18, with a generous bust (38DD/36E last time I measured), and this fits better than the last satin dressing gown I bought. Plus the length makes it more forgiving. I'm 5ft 3in and this comes down to slightly above my ankles, which is good for me. Would probably be three-quarter length on a tall woman. Although I would have liked it to be a little bit voluminous, the quality really is top notch. The last dressing gown I had has needed mending several times for torn seams, and I can already tell this one is of a far higher quality fabric and the seams are well made. I don't think there's any danger of it falling apart for a long, long time. Plus it just feels GORGEOUS on - positively decadent. The quality of the fabric and the work is what pushed me over to giving this 5 stars. I don't think I'd recommend this for someone larger than an 18, but if you're size 18 or less, this is a really lovely dressing gown. Worth paying a little bit more for.

Four stars because it needed so much ironing. Beautifully presented in a nice box but folded and creased because of that as well as seams not being ironed well. Instructions say not to iron so I did a quick cold wash, as instructed, in my machine hoping that would remove the creases. It made no difference at all so I had to iron - successfully very cool (one spot) with spray dampening. I experimented with the belt to make sure I wasn’t going to wreck the dressing gown. It took over an hour. That apart it’s lovely. Great colour, lovely flowers, small goes to the ground on me (5ft 2”) and I cut the belt loops off as they were too low. Really pretty, great value and I know it’ll never need ironing again!

The colours. The pattern. The design all make this my favourite lounging outfit. I bought it as a regular dressing gown to put away for a rainy day. But, it's so beautiful it can be worn to socialise & it has pockets!!! Also a matching belt and I have to purchase other colours now. The arm ineed is not attached separately but flows as part of the front and back panel of the kimono. Stitched perfectly no loose thread. Lightweight. Definitely good value. Feels like silk against my skin delicate ans sensuous. Who ever thought of this was a genius!!

Why did you choose this product over others?: We chose this item for colour and design, it came in a timely manner, well packaged and in a box suitable to be a gift box. It looks lovely and was a good fit for a size 12/14 when tried for sizing by my partner. Looks really good quality but yet to wear or wash as gifting it in August. Would buy again if want to gift such an item again

The print of this thin and silky fabric is really pretty, I ordered the sage green. Other reviews said the kimono was lined, but mine wasn’t. There were no pockets. I’m a size 16 and based on the measurements given I ordered an XL. The kimono is cut so tight there was very little wrap to it, it would have been indecent! I’m 171cm and it came just below mid calf. Unfortunately I’ve had to return it. Update: the refund process started immediately - I’m impressed, thank you

I have to admit, I was expecting to return this for some reason, be it make, cut, size, quality... get the picture?? Well how wrong am I! Its perfect... even the colour was as I was hoping but not expecting! I deliberated between 4 and 5 stars... why, purley because of the 'care instructions' but decided that the seller can't be held accountable for how i care for my clothes - if I follow the instructions properly then I cant see what could go wrong... but if it does and its not my fault, I'll update this post. So until then, take it from me, you won't go wrong buying this! Enjoy!

Extremely impressed with this item. The fabric feels expensive and weighty and is flattering to your shape, the colour is gorgeous and It has pockets! It arrived the next day in a pretty little gift box. Very good value for money, will be buying more as gifts
