I really love this smart fitness hoop! It was easy to assemble since the detachable links let you adjust it to your size. At first it takes a little time to get used to, but after a few days it feels very natural. I like that besides working out, it also gives a massage effect on the waist. I use it every day for about 15–20 minutes and I can really feel the workout on my abs and the calorie burn. The material feels strong and durable, definitely good quality. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a fun way to do cardio at home!

This smart fitness hoop is actually fun to use and makes working out at home so much easier. It is adjustable, fits well, and stays in place without sliding down like a normal hula hoop. The smart hoop is a friendly user and it comes with 32 links in total. The hoop is easy to put together and I like how thick the hoop is. The material is strong and it is comfortable to wear. Once you get the hoop going it is easy to get the exercise going. It is not quiet but I was not expecting either, you can easily get your workout while watching your favorite T.V. show or listening to music to make it go by fast. I have been doing it for five days 30/40 mins and lost a link already. My only complaint is the sweatband that came with it. I am a woman's large (10) for reference and I swear the waistband I got is for a child. My 7-year-old who is a healthy and normal-sized child fits her perfectly. So I would recommend you invest in a different band(if you want to use a waistband) and not depend on the one that comes with this smart hoop. To remove the smart hoop, I recommend to gently bring the links throughs you and pull apart. It is easy to remove and store.

I am very pleased with my Hula Hoop. I have Diastasis recti from having 2 children and this has tremendously helped my core. To see good results with this product I do recommend 30 minutes a day which is the recommended time on the box. The product is very easy to assemble and to adjust to proper body size. I recommend wearing an exercise band underneath the hula hoop as it can leave impressions on bare skin. The band that comes with it does run on the small side. It roughly fits between xs-m size person. So if you are a size large and up I would recommend purchasing your own exercise band to use with this product. It's easy to use and convenient. Good Quality! Nicely priced!

I've had several of these in the past but this one is phenomenal! Its built very well. The pieces don't feel like some janky plastic like others. I love how this one comes with the belt to let the hoop go smoothly around the waist. The weighted ball moves around the hoop easily and doesn't get hung up. Absolutely impressed with the quality. Hoping to lose this extra weight real quick with the help of this hoop!

I do not have the “other” (IH) product. This one works. It is noisy, but It flows smoothly. The pieces are a bit touchy to disconnect. The real problem has been the cord attached to the weight. The outer black thread began unraveling and the weight flew off. I got it tied back in but it’s weird the inner white thread is really shredded? I don’t know how to describe it. It works but it has a few problems.

Great product! This is actually big enough for plus size. I am an size 18/20 and 230 lbs. I didn’t need to install two sections of links, which was great! The waist trainer band did fit barely, but it fit. It was very easy to set up, and about five minutes of watching how to videos I was able to do this with ease. I can feel the workout after few minutes and my watch shows my steps and heart both going up. I also like that the weigh is soft and not hard plastic and that you can adjust the length of the rope.

I really like this weighted hoop! It’s easy to assemble and use. The sweat belt is a great bonus. I can feel my core working after just a few minutes. Perfect for beginners and fun to use at home.
