I really love this smart fitness hoop! It was easy to assemble since the detachable links let you adjust it to your size. At first it takes a little time to get used to, but after a few days it feels very natural. I like that besides working out, it also gives a massage effect on the waist. I use it every day for about 15–20 minutes and I can really feel the workout on my abs and the calorie burn. The material feels strong and durable, definitely good quality. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a fun way to do cardio at home!

I was able to fit this hula ring and didn’t even need all the pieces. I was able to take off 7 pieces and it fits around my waist. I will say the little sweat tummy wrap that comes with it doesn’t fit comfortably but I have my own already so no worries. I do recommend getting one in combo with this. The noise level isn’t as loud as some reviews are saying. It sounds like a kids wind up toy car at most. The weight glides around the ring smoothly. Seems very durable! I used it once and could def feel my abdominal muscles getting a workout!

The smart hoop is a friendly user and it comes with 32 links in total. The hoop is easy to put together and I like how thick the hoop is. The material is strong and it is comfortable to wear. Once you get the hoop going it is easy to get the exercise going. It is not quiet but I was not expecting either, you can easily get your workout while watching your favorite T.V. show or listening to music to make it go by fast. I have been doing it for five days 30/40 mins and lost a link already. My only complaint is the sweatband that came with it. I am a woman's large (10) for reference and I swear the waistband I got is for a child. My 7-year-old who is a healthy and normal-sized child fits her perfectly. So I would recommend you invest in a different band(if you want to use a waistband) and not depend on the one that comes with this smart hoop. To remove the smart hoop, I recommend to gently bring the links throughs you and pull apart. It is easy to remove and store.

I do not have the “other” (IH) product. This one works. It is noisy, but It flows smoothly. The pieces are a bit touchy to disconnect. The real problem has been the cord attached to the weight. The outer black thread began unraveling and the weight flew off. I got it tied back in but it’s weird the inner white thread is really shredded? I don’t know how to describe it. It works but it has a few problems.

I am very pleased with my Hula Hoop. I have Diastasis recti from having 2 children and this has tremendously helped my core. To see good results with this product I do recommend 30 minutes a day which is the recommended time on the box. The product is very easy to assemble and to adjust to proper body size. I recommend wearing an exercise band underneath the hula hoop as it can leave impressions on bare skin. The band that comes with it does run on the small side. It roughly fits between xs-m size person. So if you are a size large and up I would recommend purchasing your own exercise band to use with this product. It's easy to use and convenient. Good Quality! Nicely priced!

Much quieter than the other ones!! love this hoop, good workout after some practice. Easy to add and remove links. The abdomen pad that comes with the hoops is good to have when you have exposed skin on your belly when working out.

4 stars only cause it somewhat loud? I personally don't mind it because I'll put headphones in. It has links, which the rollers roll across and that's where the noise comes from. I feel like I be able to listen to music and hula hoop away. I think it's a fun way to be active and not hurt yourself. I usually swing the weight around before I hula hoop so I have the momentum to get it going and stay going. This makes me feel like I can actually have fun while exercising. I personally won't be using the waist slimmer? The connectors are super easy to connect and disconnect. The weight is soft and squishy, filled with sand? Would I recommend this item? Yeah, cause despite the sound, I had fun. I will try toa use it every day or other day if I can so I can figure out if it helps with weight loss and possible muscle growth. Also I like the color black. So that's a thumbs up for me. Unrelated. Ignore my socks and slides. The slides are my indoor only summer shoes and my feet were cold... so I was wearing socks.
