I purchased this as a replacement for a broken mount, and it has held up much better than the previous one. It is easy to install on either the windshield or the dashboard of a car, and adjusting it is simple.

I recently got a stand alone carplay unit to use in my 2010 new beetle. It came with a mount that required you to adhere it to the dash. I didn’t like that. Problem is that none of the dash/window mounts I have worked because the unit has a bowed back, and the mount on it is not a standard ball mount. This mount has a plate that screws into the holes the OEM mount used and transitions to a standard ball mount. The base stuck cleanly to my dash and the unit can be adjusted front to back so I could put it in the best ergonomic position for my use. This product has a fairly limited use case, but if your gps or CarPlay unit has four screws holding the mount on, this is likely the mount you are looking for.

Fit the dash of my '02 Toyota 4-Runner. The angle is such that I have to have a small "bridge" of double-sided tape near the outermost edge of the dash to hold the arm from bouncing. Works great to do just that. Love the extension capability too!

I have a standalone android auto system that came with this mount, but I needed to move the suction cup, so I decided it was best to just replace the mount (Since the suction cup has adhesive on it.) This is exactly the same as the one that came with the unit, so the quality seems sufficient. My biggest complaint is that at full extension the screen bounces a lot. My other note is that the adjustment for the angle of the arm is very coarse. I was able to just move the suction cup to adjust where the whole thing ends up, but once it's attached, it'll only adjust in large increments.

Not only does it hold tight, its also configurable and the arms fold and hold in multiple configurations!

Have a 10 inch carplay screen on it, hasn't fell off once, and has been a few months now, holds the screen nice and steady. Worth the money.

Fue fácil de colocar y adaptar a la pantalla, solo tener en cuenta que los tornillos coincidan con el modelo, yo la utilicé con una pantalla srnubi y sin tema, el peso de la pantalla no ha sido problema, obvio se tambalea sutilmente pero no para romperse.

Si lo quieres para una pantalla busca otra opción pues este no funcionará, no soporta el peso de la pantalla como se ve en la imagen y se te puede quebrar, no tiren su dinero
