Staple.
I love this supplement! My whole family uses it! The quality is amazing and the price is perfect. The taste is very manageable compared to others I have tried. I would say the smell is a sweet herb smell. It doesn’t upset your stomach and you can take it whenever. We use it in my household during sick season or whenever we are feeling under the weather. I can tell you that when my whole house has been sick I take this blend and it seems to lesson the symptoms and often times I never get sick when the rest of them do. The directions are clear on the bottle and the dropper is super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to anyone it’s my favorite household staple.

Excellent quality.
I am very happy with this purchase, I just finished the bottle and have noticed some improvements overall after using it. I have already purchased another to keep the progress going. I also highly recommend the propolis. The dropper is a little messy but once you get the hang of it it's fine.
