Please dont buy
I would have given a zero-star rating if that had been possible, but since it isn't, I’m giving this product one star. The inverter and battery were delivered at different times, and after delivery, the product was not working properly. There was also no installation service provided. When we tried to resolve the issue, customer service advised us to contact the Exide team directly. After contacting Exide, they sent a technician who checked the product and found that the motherboard was faulty. This experience was very disappointing. Please be cautious when purchasing electronic products through Amazon. If an issue arises, you may end up being redirected to the manufacturer or service provider instead of receiving direct support. In our case, we were told that certain issues were outside their policy, which ultimately made the problem ours to deal with. Please be aware of these possibilities before purchasing this product.

WORST SERVICE BY AMAZON DISTRIBUTOR NAIVE ENGINEER, DELHI, WE RECEIVED BATTERY, AFTER ALL OF ITS ACID CAME OUT IN TRANSIT AND NOW WE ARE REQUIRED TO INSERT SULPHURIC ACID AGAIN AT OUR COST. OUR MONEY HAS BEEN LOST AND WE CALLED ON EXCIDE SERVICE CENTRE BUT EVEN THEIR SERVICE PERSON DID NOT HELP US IN REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME. WARRANTY IS NOTHING BUT PIECE OF USELESS PAPER.
