I have been a bit of a careless driver at times. Coming into contact with a curb more often then Id like to admit. So curb rash has been a constant battle for me. Those ugly scratches on my black rims were driving me crazy! So I decided to give the Gloss Black Rim Touch Up Paint a try. The touch up paint is really easy to use. I am not exactly a DIY pro but the instructions were clear and the whole process was remarkably simple. First I had to clean the affected areas, then I just applied the paint. The applicator makes it super controllable and prevents messy drips or streaks. I am very pleased with the results. My rims look nearly new! The gloss black paint matched my wheels perfectly, and unless you get really close, you cannot tell where the scratches used to be. This paint seems durable too, I have taken the car through a few car washes and have not seen any peeling. The paint is a good value for the money. It saved me the hassle and expense of taking my car to a professional for a minor cosmetic issue. I can easily use this again if I inevitably get more scratches, and it will pay for itself many times over. I would recommend it.

This is a great product when I bought my car and I already had about 130,000 miles ahead and it has black rims in the curb brushes are noticeable. I don't know why I waited this long to buy this product. Did an amazing job I can't even tell where the curb rush was for more than a foot away! Super easy to use and function after lots of scraping, no malfunction or breaking

I use this matte black touch up for everything except wheels. Wife's running boards on truck are sort of a satin flat black, and this color was perfect, under chassis factory applications for touch up, just the right color. Drives fast and looks great. Very easy to use.

What happens when you put your Schuberth E2 helmet in your side pannier on a BMW R1250GS? It gets scratched. The helmet is about 1/8 inch to wide to drop easily into the pannier. Once it is past the lip it fits nicely. But over the year i have had the helmet i wasnt gentle enough and scratched the helmet. When i first did the touchup on the helmet it was super shiny and i gagged. But within 5 minutes the shine went away and the paint adhered. The upclose image with heavy lighting makes the touchup obvious. But when looking at the helmet from 3 feet away, i wouldnt notice the touchup if i didnt know where to look.

Terrible… Most of the paint is dried up inside the container & there is only enough left for a couple scratches. After applying it, I let my rim dry overnight & drove it the next morning. When I got home I looked at my rim & the paint wasn’t even there anymore.

Works ok, you can’t expect for it to be a perfect match. It definitely helps conceal scratches.

Creo que un poquito plumón sería más sencillo si lo tapa pero depende del daño porque si es muy grande no es método milagro si es algo chico si funciona normal nada del otro mundo por eso creo que un plumón serviría más y mucho más rápido
