Comes with a copper adheasive strip took an old power cord 3 prong broke off rhe 2 flat blades on plug left round ground terminal dared off a few inches other end left the green striped one which is ground cut other 2 black and white. attached wire to copper cloth with adheasive strip and put those spring loaded paper clips for streangth. But copper cloth on mattress with thin fitted sheet on top ..have artheritice in both hips feel much better in morning been 3 days seem to sleep better ?? Still early

Saw some comments that this didn’t work but decided to get it anyway for the price. I think my problem was unique in that a WiFi access point interferes with my tv antenna. I just laid this over the top of the access point and all my tv stations came back
